What worries you the most about getting older?

Amazingly, according to a magazine survey, the people most worried about getting older re 25 year olds! Yet they couldn't;t be further from old age! But what a way to spend one's young life: worrying about a time they might not even live to see!

Nothing bothers me about being older, because ageing is controlled by our thoughts. If we concentrate on the negative aspects of ageing, we are likely to feel less positive about it, to fear it, or even to regret it, when the only alternative is death. I much prefer ageing to dying, so I simply enjoy whatever age I am and look forward to every birthday!

On a practical level, older people need money, too, to have a good quality of life, and that is the only thing that concerns me - maintaining an adequate standard of living as I get older. So long as I can do that, I'm a happy bunny. :o)
