Mexico Giving Illegal Migrants Free Passage

A caravan group of more than 1200 people from Central America is making it's way to the American border via Mexico. As usual, Mexico is allowing them passage.

This is just more evidence for the dismal failure of American governments in past decades to actually enforce the borders. Many people just show up and walk on in. There is a complete lack of respect for American sovereignty and border controls.

Mexico is playing the same old game, refusing to stop them at the Mexican border. Mexico uses large numbers of illegal migrants as leverage against the USA. Mexico also encourages illegal migration from Mexico to the USA as a safety valve for it's own country. Better to tell poor people to go to the USA than to actually do something for your own people right?

Let's all hope that Trump acts strongly and decisively to stop these people at the border.
