Alto's Odyssey

It's been just over a week since I got my hands on Alto's Odyssey, the sequel to Alto's Adventure. Wow! It's a great game which has made me go back and play the original. This time, Alto is sand boarding instead of snow boarding.

I've been playing it quite a bit, mostly on my Apple TV 4K. I also play it on my iPad Pro but I mute the sound while my wife is reading in bed. I prefer playing the game on my Apple TV 4K since I also use the SteelSeries Nimbus Wireless Gaming Controller.

I'm now on Level 22 and recently unlocked Paz.

My 2 oldest grandchildren have really gotten into the game. The youngest one (4 years old) prefers Alto's Adventure, but the oldest really likes Alto's Odyssey. He has learned to backflip and surf the walls. Between them and their uncle, I can't get time to play.

The things I really like about Alto's Odyssey: the game play, simplicity, gorgeous scenery and sound, and the game mechanics. It's easily worth the $5 purchase price. I think I'll go ahead and purchase my grandchildren each a copy so they can play on their iPads. More game time for me!

P.S. It's difficult getting a screen shot while playing the game.
