We had a good reason for wanting to learn the way to get skinny legs. It was because I learned that when you lose weight you will lose it over your entire body and not in just one place. I do not have fat hip and legs but I did have fat in other places. I had developed already put myself by way of a weight lifting program that almost killed myself so I decided to take another route. On my way home I used to be asking myself why I kept doing this. I realized I needed to ease back in to the physical fitness but I retained over doing it and hurting myself. I suppose it was my satisfaction and ego. Partly from the fact that I was over forty and desired to be able to do all of the things I used to. Some of the things I can still do but my body reacts to it in different ways now. I discovered that out there when I woke to my practically paralyzed hip and legs the next morning.
I actually think this is so important to learn. The minds may be crisper than ever but the body has aged. If you have not taken care of yourself through the years then your body may have aged even more. In my case I had developed also been a smoker for twenty five years so I was really lucky that I performed not have a heart strike or a stroke.
