Bring a large pot and put all the stock ingredients in it. Now start boiling it.
Take a small bowl and mix the ingredients required to make the stock sauce.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add it to the sauce. Mix everything properly. Add salt and spices according to the requirement.
Check the big pot. If the stock starts boiling, put the noodles in it. Wait for a minute and add chopped vegetables like broccoli and carrots in it. Boil it for a minute and then remove it from heat. Put some bok choy stems in this pot.
