With all this great knowledge being exposed (Apocalypse) a lot of people started to awaken around the world it's a slow process but it's will be like the snowball effect and it's increasing more and more as the years pass, but only a few really know how to handle this kind of information before they start to turn away from it and then always think of it in a negative way and it get reflected on their lives, but the point is to understand how to deal with such information that may alter your lifestyle for good!
You have to break free from mental slavery and it's not an easy process because it is a battle within yourself more than it's on the outside world, once you get to the point of clarity within yourself will be able to tell the truth from lies and half truths and half lies and you will be able to filter information you receive, despite all the information wars and propaganda to influence the public mind pushing certain agendas and laws, people with higher consciousness will be hard to control and manipulate and once we reach a certain point, things will start to change drastically because we will go from minority to majority and illusions will start to fall apart the magic trick is revealed and the hypnotized spell is lifted, but don't worry not everyone will get to be free some will always be imprisoned by their mind because they didn't have the chance to work on themselves, your focus should be on the people who are willing to wake up and people who are in the process of it because they are the ones that will help change things around.
So whatever is pushed on the people they either believe it or start to agree with it because it gets repeated over and over to a point that people just tend to follow the herd because everyone else is starting to believe it, but that is a limitation for self to just blindly follow anything without thinking or questioning, and doesn't really stop them from going against it of course they can, but some people really don't like going against the wind (Authority).
Standing against something require a lifetime commitment you can't just go for a day and then wake up normal the next day.
The people who claim to control everything "Illuminati" or whatever you want to call them is using certain manipulative techniques, which they have mastered in how the human behavior and mental processes works and abuse it to their own personal game first is the (Divide and Conquer) by spreading misinformation and propaganda to target certain ethnic groups or people or even a country, Second which sometimes is combined by the first is doing false flag operations (Hegelian Dialectic) to cause psychological trauma in the public mind which makes them vulnerable to more manipulation, here is a small list of the few other techniques not only used by people in power but you might also see examples in your daily life.

My point is that we are the power that runs everything is not some paper money that we give value remember that we are the foundation of their power if you shake it, it will collapse, so you can't limit yourself and say they got the power and we are powerless it's the other way around without us they are nothing and their money is useless, only important thing is to free the mind of the people from their manipulation.

On the other hand there is another problem we are facing that we aren't standing together everyone is fighting over silly stuff (greed, religion, personal interest...etc), that pretty much prove that their plan to divide and conquer is working that's the thing that we need to realize when shit hit the fan, we need to stand together as one body to protect each other but getting rid of this current system won't be easy and it will lead to a very destructive phase but what is important that comes after that because their plan is the same but in the rebuilding phase they still want to be in control, and that we should not allow it to happen once this system is over, they are over.
All these great people through the history that invent/think/motivate they really didn't do that for their personal interest they did it because they wanted to help people and create something to make a better life, Nikola Tesla is prime example.
