Please read - it's lengthly but worth reading to the end.

THE SITUATION:

In Denver the cost of living for a family of 4 was about $1500 a month before food. That is: rent, gas, insurance, phone, electric, water, garbage, gasoline, parking etc. . .

A wage of 10 dollars per hour at 40 hours per week will not provide that much. 40 x 4.3 = 172, 172 x 10 = 1720, 1720 -344 = 1376 (344 assumes 20% tax rate) leaving a family 124 dollars a month short of paying essential bills. Not to mention that the 1500/month amount does not include, food, clothing, entertainment, educational supplies or recreation.

This is by design; now two wage earners must be employed, leaving our children to be raised by the government, strangers, and the media; or one person must hold down two jobs - but this is unlikely because more corporations are forbidding "moonlighting."

Now the natural reaction is "minimum wage was never intended to be a living wage for an adult." However between affirmative action and unchecked immigration and the wholesale elimination of jobs that would most likely employ a high percentage of European men, many are left with no other choice but to work a minimum wage job.

Most Republican, patriotic 'Muricans - believe that the people clamoring for 15/hr are uneducated "minorities" working in fast food and retail jobs - but the truth is - if you go to Denver the fast food restaurants and retail stores are filled with older generation European men and women who have been "downsized" or who cannot afford to live on their pensions.

Our economy is intentionally being dismantled and more skilled, educated European men are being forced to work at jobs they are overqualified for for wages that will not allow them to support a family and this is by design.

THE REAL PROBLEM:

Our people have always been the type to adapt and overcome to difficult circumstances; thriving in difficult times has been our forte'. However something that has been taken from us through Marxist indoctrination is the natural affinity, trust and cooperation that our Folk once had between themselves; especially in trying times; and our loss of this trait is the biggest hurdle we face in making a dream like this (Ulfheim) a reality.

I do not have a remedy for the affinity, trust and cooperation deficit we have as a people, but I if there are there are existent groups of people who are willing to work, live, and build together I have a solution that I think you will find truly amazing.

Henry Ford said - "Don't find fault; find a remedy." That's what the next part of this article is about!

THE SOLUTION:

In rural America acreage and houses can be purchased for amounts that most will find absolutely shocking. A house about 5 months ago, on a main street in one of the smaller towns near to where we I live sold for $3,900 at auction. We have purchased 4 parcels containing 27 lots both commercial and residential totaling about 2 acres in town, for around $16,000.

On of the parcels had a fixer upper house that we paid $5,000 for and once restored it will be a lovely 4 bedroom house on 2/3 of an acre. As a result our cost of living was reduced from $1500/month before food, clothing, utilities, education, transportation or recreation to $300/month including utilities. This is a savings of $1200/month. We have chickens now - not possible in the city, and we'll be building animal pens and a greenhouse this year so our food costs will diminish, and the amount of available food will increase.

Now for the solution. The reduction of $1200/month in monthly expenses was just for my family. Now that we are here and have the land that we do; we can easily support 5 more people capable of working minimum wage jobs ( and there are 5 minimum wage jobs available within a reasonable driving distance) - for the same 300/month.

We have a well, not city water, we have a septic tank not sewage and garbage can be composted and burned - the slight increase in electricity will not be much to speak of and wood is an option for heating to reduce gas costs. So now on our little 2 acres can support 5 people WORKING MINIMUM WAGE JOBS - for we'll say 500/month including gasoline and the increased electricity.

So the $1200/month savings applied to 5 individuals or even 5 families of 4 totals; $6,000/month or $72,000/ year minus $2,400 for the $200/month increase in living expenses equals $69,600/year AFTER TAXES. This amount of money used to truly build a lasting community is awe inspiring. Imagine in just 3 years what could be accomplished by those 5 individuals working MINIMUM WAGE JOBS! (The total would be $208,290)

Meanwhile everyone is living outside the influence of Cultural Marxism, among Folk, establishing gardens and animals and learning again how to work the land and how to work with animals. There are no traffic jams, no waiting in line at the store and the area is of more than 90% European Heritage with over 50% being of German descent.

What is done with the money, how long you wait to expand your community etc. . . all that is up to you. This article was just intended to show you the means of quickly, effectively and tribally achieving your goals in under 3 years. Whether any of you are even employed now or not. The common mistake being made is our unwillingness to divorce the system, renounce our habitual consumerism and "shift gears" to achieve our goals.

If any of this is of interest I can give you real estate information, demographics, employment information etc. . . for 3 states that all have the same situations in them. 90% of the counties are under 3,000 people, water is abundant, predominantly inhabited by Europeans, generally conservative in political stance and agriculture is common place.

Agriculture and labor are the foundation of any economy. Pool your labor, share your expenses; work to develop nurseries, produce companies, meat processing plants, buy livestock, learn to reconnect with nature and you will find freedom that is both affordable, achievable and sustainable. Agriculture supports large families and pays a little in the good times but is invaluable during financial collapse and famine.

I have spent the last 8 years planning and executing the steps necessary to develop an Odinic Tribal community; I have a good deal of knowledge I am willing to share with your group; if anyone has interest.

If anyone would like to Q and A about the feasibility of this as a workable plan just let me know and I'll be happy to make myself available. It's more fun real time with several people involved but if that cannot be arranged, then just post questions in the comment section and I'll answer them as they are posted.

My intention with this post is to teach others what I have been working towards for the past 8 years in hopes it will help other Folkish tribal communities succeed.

Hail the Folk!
Hail the Old Ways!
Hail the reforging of Old Alliances with Nature, Animal Kind and The Land Wights!
