MKULTRA: WHO'S TO BLAME AND WHO WENT TO JAIL.

Who's to blame:

One of OSS Director William Donovan's stories was that captured Nazi scientists were secretly brought to the United States after WWll so that they wouldn't be captured by the Russians and forced to work for the Russians. One of OSS Director William Donovan's favorite excuses.

Truth was the Russians could care less if these doctors lived, for the Russians wanted to put them in front of firing squads. Donavan wanted to hide the doctors from Nuremberg investigators, keep them out of Russian control and force them to work for the United States.

They were brought to the US and given new identities and their assimilation into American medical facilities brought about the Nazification of America's mainstream medical research and treatments facilities.

MK was the child of William Donovan's collusion with these Nazi researchers. MKULTRA  is the child matured.

One of them, George Bush, who later became the 41st President through whom MKULTRA victims were demanding remedy, did not initiate criminal investigations into the CIA/ MKULTRA experiments.

President Bush, due to his direct prior involvement with the MKULTRA programs, should have recused himself and he also should have requested the Department of Justice to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the alleged  criminal acts performed by the CIA and its agents, but he didn't! All the OSS/CIA Directors listed above and their participating agents not only violated oaths of office, they violated  Federal Statutes which forbid the CIA from operating on American soil!

The CIA has sole legal (Statutory) authority to conduct CIA business outside of the United States and no legal authority to conduct CIA business within the United States against the American People enmasse.

Because of their involvements in illegal MKULTRA actions, the CIA Directors listed above and their participating subordinates, (unidentified CIA agents), are traitors and should be treated as such. By their participations they did not honor their oaths of office to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States (and therefore its People) from all enemies, both foreign AND DOMESTIC.

All the US Presidents in office during those times periods should also be held accountable for the illegal actions of their subordinates. They sure as hell take credit for CIA successes. They should take credit for CIA abuses too.
