Inside the capital of the Phillippienes lies a prison that has become so overcrowded, the world is taking notice.
It is in Manila's Quezon City prison that capacity has breached 450%. The building was originally built for 800 inmates, but now houses 3,800.
It is so crowded, for instance, that inmates don't have enough space to lie down on the ground. They have to take turns laying down to sleep on the concrete.
