  • I recognize that there is a difference between non-interventionalism and isolationism.
  • I recognize that there is a difference between capitalism and corporatism.
  • I recognize that the freedom of speech is incontrovertible.
  • I recognize that the freedom of religion includes the freedom from religion, for those who wish it.
  • I recognize that politicians are human beings with exceptional reach, and opportunity for flaws, which are amplified by that reach.
  • I recognize that freedom and equality are achievable, but not in unison, and not for long, so long as flawed human beings are charged with protecting either or both.
  • I recognize that equality is achievable not by changing laws, but by changing minds.
  • I recognize that the fruits of my labor should be used to better the world...in voluntary ways, in local ways, and in global ways.
  • I recognize that government provides the borders within which I must operate, and it is my duty to work to widen the margin of operation in such a way as to combat the ever-inward pressure exerted by those in power.
  • I recognize that my duty to my fellow man begins at home, extends to my neighbor, and to my community.
  • I recognize that morals are internal, to be determined and followed by the individual, and breaking of one's moral code is answerable to oneself and one's chosen (if any) higher power.
  • I recognize that, as an adult, I, and I alone, am responsible for my words and deeds.
  • I recognize that safety and liberty are diametrically opposed, as the only way to remain always safe is to remain always imprisoned.
  • I recognize the need for all to start on equal ground, but the demand that each be allowed to grow to his or her full potential, regardless of those of his or her peers is just as important.
  • I recognize the need to continue my growth in all ways, in all earnestness, while not impeding the growth of others.
  • I recognize that, as a citizen of earth, it is my duty to do my personal best to tread as lightly as possible upon it, and to convince...not compel, others to do the same.
  • I recognize the need to fail or succeed on my own merits.
  • I recognize the need to look to my community to pick me up and dust me off when I fail, encourage me to succeed, and to offer the same when necessary.
  • I recognize that no one knows better how to live my life than me, and no one knows how to live your life than you.
  • I recognize the need for self-defense, but not the need for needless offense.
  • I recognize that slavery comes in many forms; some by force, some by choice, some by manipulation, and some by ignorance.
  • I recognize that one person does not own another, and that a group of people do not combine to own any one person.
  • I recognize the right to self-determination.
  • I recognize the right to make decisions about my own body and mind.
  • I recognize the importance of facts, as well as their potential for abuse.
  • I recognize the importance of celebrating our similarities...and our differences. No person should discriminate against another based on differences, but explore those differences, and exchange knowledge.
  • I recognize my right to exist unfettered by your personal choice...as well as your right to exist unfettered by choices made by me.
