B.A.D.A.S.S. Begins

Hello. You have found the Bias and Deceit Analysis Support Service. (B.A.D.A.S.S.)

It is far beyond my capacity to explain the value of the gift to humanity I’m about to share, but know that if widely accepted, in time it will change the Arc of History for our Future and our Past.

It is a gift of understanding, and it belongs to all.

B.A.D.A.S.S. is a logical analytical service that has but one Master, Truth, and one Enemy, Deceit.

It rests on just four assumptions: 

1. Humanity is intelligent.
2. Truth is accurate information that informs perceptions.
3. Deceit is inaccurate information that deforms perceptions.
4. Fake News is a Political weapon.

It is also tightly bound by seven constraints:

1. Subject/topic independent
2. Source independent
3. Ideologically independent
4. Politically independent
5. Fact-check independent (would violate #2)
6. Testable/verifiable
7. It must produce accurate projections/conclusions.

Before getting too excited about the methodology’s simplicity and lack of bias, you need to be aware of what that really means.

B.A.D.A.S.S. will be wholly unfazed by your intellect or importance and will remain completely indifferent to political, religious, and other ideological beliefs. 

That means it plays no favourites, takes no prisoners, and shows no mercy. 

You don’t want to proceed blindly, thinking you’re beliefs are about to be validated. They may, or they may not, B.A.D.A.S.S. will make that determination in its own way and if you can’t accept that then it’s best you turn away now, because you can’t handle the Truth.

There are seven essays to help explain how and why it works. As simple as they are, I can’t expect you to take them to heart, at least not yet, and you don’t really need to at the moment. They are:

1.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Politics

What follows is a B.A.D.A.S.S. look at politics, a simple perspective that allows one to easily evaluate political systems or policies in a manner meaningful to individuals, families, and culture.  B.A.D.A.S.S., the Bias and Deceit Analysis Support Service, is a non-partisan, non-ideological method of weighing information that truly leads to some “out of the flocks” views on information’s role in society, such as how it can produce conflicting incentives depending on which side of the political divide one is on, the Rulers or the Ruled. Believe it or not, contextual meanings also read differently on alternate sides of that great divide.

My decades of experience as an analyst/developer have led me to re-evaluate the process of how information impacts perceptions, beliefs, cultures, and subsequently, politics. By the way, that series and sequence of events is extremely relevant; this means that politics is a direct consequence of information, at least until the pain of Reality’s consequences breaks through and forces a re-evaluation of the incorrect beliefs. 

Possibly my biggest learnings stemmed from applying the IT principle known as Garbage in – Garbage Out (GIGO) to our mind’s perceptual process and concluded we have a massive, hard-wired vulnerability that Information is perfectly suited to exploit. This provides B.A.D.A.S.S. a technical method of evaluating information for both bias and deceit, once more eliminating partisanship, political ideology, and media sources from the evaluation. Because B.A.D.A.S.S utilizes a technical check, it doesn’t rely on fact checkers or experts or insiders to make its initial determination of bias and deceit. The results are analyzed not to aid in “connecting the dots” but for accurate insights into authors, institutions, sources, Fake News narratives, and a bit more. 

So, if politics is a direct consequence of information and we have an exploitable perceptual vulnerability to information, then, theoretically, information can be deliberately tainted to advance particular political policies. Here’s something to remember for later; political policies predicated on GIGO, (bad information, Fake News) guarantees the political solution fixes the wrong problem. 

Wrong problem, wrong solution, wrong results. And it is all by exquisite design.

How To Understand Politics (in two minutes)

The language of Politics is Power, and its currencies are Wealth and Freedom. Why? 

Policy intent aside (intent is irrelevant to the B.A.D.A.S.S. analysis), the very purpose of winning elections is to gain political power. Power is the prize. Period. 

Also, it is an undeniable fact that the creation, modification, or elimination of government rules, regulations, or laws generates a transfer of control, measured through the values of wealth and freedom, from one side of the divide to the other. Between the Rulers and the Ruled. 

Note that type of Government is irrelevant to this political calculation; Communist, Socialist, Fascist, Democratic, Oligarchy, Monarchy, Anarchist, Dictatorial Thug. The critical concern isn’t how big the Ruler class is, or who gets a vote, what matters is how much control of wealth and freedom the Rulers enjoy, or truth be told, the Ruled allow them to enjoy, as this is the most meaningful measure of society’s relative Liberty. 

Political ideology is also disregarded as moot in this simple model. Progressive, Conservative, Theological, Libertarian, Green, Lunatic, whatever. Once again, none of those distinctions matter to the basic Political Power calculation of whom between the Rulers and the Ruled controls societal wealth and freedom. 

Political words often have a much different meaning when viewed from the perspective of Rulers speaking to other Rulers. We automatically understand messages from an assumed Ruler-Ruled perspective, believing we’re all in it together, so please try the Ruler to Ruler speak yourself but be forewarned, the exercise can shock the senses. Simply listen to the words normally and then compare the meaning to what a Power Mad Ruler Class member would infer listening to their leaders. Remember, the goal of the Ruler class is the political Power to control wealth and freedom, so, the Rulers and Ruled are natural enemies in that regard. 

The Ruler class doesn’t often reveal their Ruler to Ruler speak but once in a while they let the truth slip out. Consider Obama’s characterization of the US Constitution in this Forbes’ piece as being a “charter of Negative liberties.” 

Think about Obama’s comments from the Ruled’s perspective. It suggests rights such as freedom of speech and freedom to protect oneself are somehow a negative, and therefore unwelcome and unwanted by free people. This idea is absurd to the extreme and offensive to the core of the human spirit that yearns to live free. The right to speak is not a negative liberty, nor is the right to own guns. Lose those, and society risks losing it all because both are required to sustain cultures of Liberty.

However, because the U.S. Constitution explicitly inhibits Ruler control, it is indeed an extreme negative to the Ruler class. It STOPS them from doing things and that offends the Ruler’s corrupt sense of entitled authority. Obama’s comments represent the truth ONLY on the Ruler side of the divide and provides additional proof that Rulers are enemies of anything that restricts their Power. This means freedom is their enemy. Your freedom, meaning society’s freedom, is an ugly problem for Tyranny, and corrupt totalitarians won’t stop until they crush it..

Information incentivizes Rulers differently than it does the Ruled, both in private and in business. 

When an individual or business make important decisions that result in failure, they are incentivized to stop travelling that path and re-evaluate the plan and information used that led to the failed decision.  

This isn’t the case in the political world. If a party achieves electoral success by pushing particular policies, then that party will be incentivized to continue pushing those policies, even when they end in failure for the people the policies are supposed to help (as Fake News ‘informed’ policies will). Worse, rival political parties are incentivized to embrace those same failed ideas and incorporate them into their party’s platform as they have proven successful in delivering political Power.  

The acquisition of Power trumps the success of the program, and therefore, politicians will push failed ideas and programs for eternity – until the legitimacy of their beliefs and understanding is held to honest and open account, which will never happen with an ideologically corrupt, agenda-driven media class and morally corrupt, self-serving political class. These people are NOT on your side. They have their own boat, and it’s a mega-yacht.

A Quick Exercise

Imagine a rectangle 3 times higher than it is wide. Somewhere in that rectangle is a line representing the percentage of control of Wealth and Freedom with Ruler control represented above the line and Ruled (free people) control below the line. 

Now, imagine where that line might be in a brutal Communist or Fascist dictatorship. In contrast, where would that Liberty line be in the freest nation on earth? What about Democracies? 

Now, how about your country on COVID-19? What does each level of government “Response” do to your visualization of the Liberty line? Does the image of the highest restriction level in your country resemble that of a brutal Communist dictatorship or the ideal of a healthy, happy, Democracy?

By using the simple model described above, you can quickly assess the impact of any political system or policy with regard to the measures that matter – control of wealth and freedom. Please keep in mind that political intent has nothing to do with political consequences, and it is consequences that matter, not the spin justifying it.

Just a reminder. Power gained (taken) by the Ruler class is never relinquished voluntarily, and the more power stolen, the closer to absolute Tyranny we grow and the greater the need to demand it back. We, the people, have a choice. We can kneel or take our Liberty back, there are no other options.

Politics is the Art of Justification. It isn’t about deal making and it certainly isn’t about truth or Reality. Politics is about gaining the authority to rule, period. A Fake News narrative always has one purpose; to push a political agenda of power and control. Its strength lies in the ability to control the flow of information as Fake News narratives have a critical weakness, a single point of failure that if challenged, would cause the entire Fake edifice to collapse on itself while exposing the vile betrayal behind the entire affair. 

That big lie, that pillar of justification, is a Deceit that the corrupt politicians and even more corrupt media can never allow the general public to review and understand because they would quickly identify the scam. It must and will be protected at all costs, regardless of the harm done along the way. 

Have you never wondered why so many of us are well aware of Greta and support her Climate Crusade while glibly ignoring all the Climate and Science Deniers with decades of experience and a string of letters behind their name, including PhD? I’m offended for all thinking people. 

Here is the GREAT NEWS! The COVID-19 Fake News narrative has such a vulnerability, an existential threat that once revealed to, and accepted by, the wider population will completely delegitimize the political justification used to usurp our rights and freedoms. I will explain the media/political tricks (deceits) in subsequent essays and point out the direct link between the world’s COVID-19 “response” and the globalist “Great Reset”. Put simply, the former is a basic requirement for the latter’s success. The COVID-19 response laid and tested the political infrastructure needed for a global crisis-control political model. 

Our entire political class has failed to identify the COVID-19 political fraud and have broken their contract with the people by choosing new masters to serve; the global political class that designed the “Response” and dropped it on the world. By doing so they have destroyed the significance and utility of our vote, rendering it meaningless for whatever illegitimate crisis-du-jour the new global masters decide to “solve” on our behalf, with their expert utilization of our wealth and freedom, of course.

But we’re a Democracy! We’re a style of Government that allows citizens to decide on the future of their country by voting out the bad and installing new leadership! The power is ours! Good luck with that if you’re a freedom loving citizen because not one single political party or leader at any level had the courage to fight for freedom and liberty, at least in Canada, so ask yourself where can you place a vote that matters? There are few, if any, politicians on the people’s side any longer, meaning, our democratic system is irredeemably broken and in need of a complete overhaul. It also explains why our freedoms are on fire and your elected politicians don’t work at their office – it isn’t COVID-19 they’re protecting themselves from, what they truly fear is citizens rising up to demand accountability, and with the damage done people will expect justice to be both swift and severe, at least to cumulative the level of harm they have caused us, which is inconceivable large.

Freedom as a Western cultural value has been largely abandoned by society. If we want some, we will need to stand and fight for it because the battle to control wealth and freedom never ends, and at this COVID-19 moment in time, Tyranny is obviously expanding. The only question is, will self-respecting freedom loving people rise up to fight for Liberty soon enough or continue in blind complacency until its too late to stop Tyranny’s maniacal rise? Right now, as you watch people drive and walk around with masks on or jump back in terror at the sight of a free and mask-less person, do you hold hope that your fellow citizens have the strength or, sadly, the courage or, unfortunately, the tiniest sliver of spine, to stand and fight for the future of freedom now - while they still can? 

B.A.D.A.S.S. doesn’t, but it isn’t done yet, either.

Next Up: B.A.D.A.S.S. View Of Belief, which holds that belief is a product of trust, not truth nor intelligence, a Reality crucially important to Fake News Narratives.

2.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Belief

The reason that the B.A.D.A.S.S. methodology concerns itself with Belief is because of the enormous impact Belief has on people’s perceptual process. Perception is the focus of the B.A.D.A.S.S. approach because of perception’s vulnerability to information that lacks Perceptual Integrity, which is information whose structure is damaged to the point that any perceptions generated will be delusional.

Perceptual Integrity may be a new concept to you but think of the import of integrity in other areas, such as the structural integrity of buildings and bridges. We’re all aware that bridges with compromised structural integrity are dangerous to travel over as they will eventually fail, imperiling any who may be travelling on it. 

Perceptual Integrity refers to information’s ability to portray Reality as it is. In other words, will consuming that information cause our Perceptual Process to connect the dots in ways that reflect Reality, thereby informing our understanding or will that information reflect delusion, thereby deliberately deforming our understanding?

Information lacking in Perceptual Integrity will lead to false perceptions and Fake Beliefs that, like poorly designed bridges, will also end in failure. Well, failure for regular people but extraordinary success for those able to exploit a society intentionally victimized by strategically corrupted information. Remember, the Rulers and the Ruled are on opposing teams with respect to the control of societal Wealth and Freedom and what is good for one side in this regard is bad for the other. Like it or not, it’s the model we live in.

Society’s greatest problems stem from the fact that Belief is treated as Truth whether that Belief is grounded in Reality or delusion. Fake News understands the impact of Belief better than most, which is why it is structured to win the race to Belief – and then prevent their cheating and deceits from ever being exposed. This allows the Fake Belief to drive cultural and political change – which always favours the corrupt, power-mad Ruler class and harms the populace at large.

In today’s polarized political environment, the massive “gap” in understanding between opposing sides is so large that it is near impossible to have a civil argument because there is no shared Reality to serve as common ground to work from. This is not by accident but a strategic part of the plan to divide people into conquerable political factions. In fact, at least one side will have it wrong – and not just a little wrong – because their perceptions will be completely and totally at odds with Reality, whatever that Reality is.

The rank and repulsive partisanship that permeates political discussions in today’s world is so extreme that society is effectively operating under a new working definition of propaganda, which B.A.D.A.S.S. defines most simply as, “information that triggers conflict with current beliefs”. People reject triggering information by labelling it “propaganda” and by doing so, that self-protective act absolves them from consuming and processing that discomfiting information, allowing them to falsely discredit their intellectual foes and cling bitterly to their Fake Beliefs.

It also leads to the logical labelling of opponents as stupid because, obviously, that is the likeliest explanation for them coming to the wrong conclusions all the time. They just don’t get it like you do, and if you’re smart, what does that say about your conclusion opponent’s intellectual expertise? Stupid, right? 

WRONG!

You’re All Smart Enough!

Now, if you’re smart enough to connect your own dots, as B.A.D.A.S.S. assumes you are, and it turns out your conclusion about some hot-button issue is the polar opposite of your opponent’s, it’s easy to infer your rival is some tragic combination of ignorant and stupid. And it may be true. 

But it might not, which is why B.A.D.A.S.S. assumes your foe is just as smart and just as capable of connecting the dots as you are. That means B.A.D.A.S.S. has to explain, in a non-partisan, ideologically free fashion, of course, how smart people come to believe stupid things because many certainly do. Indeed, B.A.D.A.S.S. can rationalize both sides being smart, otherwise I wouldn’t be writing this. 

This is part of what makes B.A.D.A.S.S. unique as a Fake News analytical tool. Unique, as in different, which leads to new, insightful conclusions and a much deeper understanding of Fake News objectives, attributes, characteristics, and most importantly for Team Liberty, vulnerabilities.

Which is most important to societal Beliefs, Trust or Truth?

If you consume information from a number of sources in order to crunch those myriad different dots into a cohesive and accurate perception of a current issue being argued, you likely consider yourself well-informed and, therefore, due to your slick skill at connecting said dots, knowledgeable. 

Knowledge itself implies Truth, meaning we treat our Beliefs as truth. Outside of Religion, and definitely in Politics, treating Belief as truth is a massive risk when that Belief is incorrect.

For B.A.D.A.S.S., there are three separate components that feed our Perceptual Process. They are,

• Experience
• Information
• Existing Beliefs

Many people rightly rank the value of Experience as the best and most accurate source for perceptions and beliefs. This is so for a couple of reasons. First, experience is a hands-on teacher that delivers visceral, Reality-based responses to actions taken. The knowledge gained is unfiltered and rooted in Reality, making it solid and trustworthy. True understanding.

The second reason is Trust. We trust ourselves most and so we tend to trust our personal experiences deeply. This is normal, natural, and necessary for simple survival.

Trust is also at the forefront when it comes to choosing what Information we allow to feed our perceptual processes. That information can come from anywhere – friends, school, entertainment, social media, news. Whatever, the people and groups who disseminate information for the masses are our Intellectual Fuel Providers (IFPs), and by trusting them, we allow them to influence our thinking in a manner desired by them.

Now, about those IFP’s you don’t trust. The only good reason not to trust them is if they previously lied or deceived you. In fact, the B.A.D.A.S.S. recommendation is to immediately drop every source that has proven itself to be less than accurate and honest and refuses to correct the record. To do so would spell the end of Fake News overnight, leaving the world shocked at how many “trusted” organizations lost all their customers.

However, how much of that distrust emanates from your Belief system rather than truth? Think about it. All your trusted sources tell you COVID-19 is the deadliest virus in a century and so, after consuming such information from a myriad of trusted sources, you too believe society is in great peril. 

Now, along comes a source whose “news” completely contradicts your fresh, new, well-informed Beliefs regarding COVID-19. You have a choice. You can reject the information outright – the typical Belief response to protect itself, or you can consume that contradictory information with a critical eye, which means you need to do more research or thinking to reach a decent conclusion.

Now, where do you go to “validate” that conflicting information? Do you go to your trusted sources saying the exact opposite? If so, all that will accomplish is to provide the emotional justification needed to reject the new information, thereby protecting your understanding from it. 

If you have the fortitude to extend your research to new, untrusted sources that are sharing the conflicting information, you will run into a similar problem. Those “fact” checks will simply mirror the same conflicting information you’re trying to validate. At this point you will need to decide which information (sources) to trust, and once again, Belief will push you towards your current conclusions while labelling the contradictory information as some form of “propaganda”.

The problem is we don’t know how to judge truth without allowing Belief to get in the way. Belief that is shaped by trust. Trust that is supported by Belief. Luckily, B.A.D.A.S.S. doesn’t work from Belief. 

For B.A.D.A.S.S., the technical test that sets it apart from all others is a test for trust. The question being answered is, “will this statement inform or deform my perceptions?” If a statement fails that simple B.A.D.A.S.S. Perceptual Integrity check, then trustfully consuming it will debase and delude your perceptual process regardless of your intellectual capabilities. 

That’s right, smart person, your mind cannot properly process information whose Perceptual Integrity is damaged. Unfortunately, if you trust the source of that broken information, you will connect delusional dots that have no right to enter your mind, and they will always, without fail, lead you toward Reality-challenged, delusional perceptions.

Getting back to B.A.D.A.S.S.’s capabilities, it’s important to understand that the Trust question regarding whether information is likely to inform or deform perceptions occurs PRIOR to evaluating a statement’s message, similar to a Royal “taste-tester” who tests food for poison before the King eats. The food itself is irrelevant as what truly matters is if the food is poisoned or not.

At it’s basic level, B.A.D.A.S.S. “taste-tests” each and every statement individually to see if it is safe for your mind to consume. The results of that process speak to the trustworthiness of the information AND the information’s sources, both authors and institutions. 

The consumption of information is an extremely intimate act considering the potential for that information to influence perceptions, feelings, and beliefs. Our blind trust grants authors and institutions direct access to our minds, providing them the incredible opportunity to create, and then sustain, OUR Beliefs. 

Fake News is the successful dissemination of Fake Information, which is any information that causes perceptions to break free of Reality. If you trust a Fake News source, you will come to own Fake Beliefs and the more that society wallows in Fake Beliefs, the greater the political danger to the people of that society because they will urge their leaders to “act” to solve the faux crisis generated by Fake Beliefs.

Fake Beliefs have just as powerful a hold on thinking as those that are true because they are treated as true. When B.A.D.A.S.S. identifies deceitful statements, it knows that the deceit is deliberate, which speaks volumes because deliberate deceit is a gross betrayal of one’s trust. If you can’t accept this painful truth now, I get it, but that revelation will drop on your head like a 300-pound anvil in the near future. So it will be even more painful for you then.

If you can’t see the ruthless and sickening Tyranny in our Government’s COVID-19 response, it isn’t because your stupid, it’s because you’ve trusted the untrustworthy.

3.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Deceit

As previously mentioned, B.A.D.A.S.S. recognizes that in our hyper polarized environment, the working definition of propaganda is any and all information that conflicts with one’s Beliefs. This is interesting because it suggests that we all, on every side of the discussion, understand that propaganda works to mess up those who consume it. As opposing sides both believe it’s the other who has swallowed the kool-aid, it’s obvious neither knows how to properly identify Deceit like B.A.D.A.S.S. can. 

Propaganda, misinformation, disinformation, lies. The name used is irrelevant, for B.A.D.A.S.S., the key to them all is one single, shared characteristic: Deceit.

It’s important to note that while all lies are Deceits, to B.A.D.A.S.S., not all Deceits are lies. Lies are but a minor subset of Deceit, making Deceit a much more effective weapon. Deceit is more difficult to pin down than lies (except for B.A.D.A.S.S.) and this distinction is used to great advantage by an intellectually corrupt media because it allows them to mislead with fact, and double down on their misuse of information that abuses their consumers’ perceptions. This is not an act of kindness.

Most have heard Mark Twain’s retort, “There are lies, damned lies and statistics.”  Some misinterpret this to mean statistics lie. That isn’t, and never is the case, if those statistics are accurate and truthful. Statistics are just a collection of facts. Statistical lies don’t reside in the statistics themselves because they represent true facts. Rather, the Deceit enters through the choice of which statistics are used to justify a position or policy. The Climate Change crew utilizes this tactic mercilessly.

When people in the know point out that the media is misleading their consumers, the media simply point out they are sharing “fact”, so shut up. Sure, their fact is a fact, but fact, while true, is not truth. Truth requires all the relevant facts because cherry picked data will lead to incorrect (fake) conclusions, and in politics, that means exploitable believers.

How Powerful is Deceit?

Well, we know God hates deceivers so there must be a good reason. If you don’t believe in God, well, B.A.D.A.S.S. hates Deceit just as much, and for great reasons.

There are Four fundamental Forces of Nature, and they govern everything that happens in the universe.

1. Gravity (the attraction between two objects that have mass or energy)
2. The Weak Force (responsible for particle decay)
3. Electromagnetism (acts between charged particles)
4. The Strong force (binds fundamental particles of matter together – apparently trillions of times stronger than gravity)

So, how does Deceit measure up against these grand universal forces? Well, frankly, it dominates them! When you think about how Deceit flips Truth on its head, there can be only one conclusion: 

Deceit is more powerful than all of these great forces COMBINED.  

Deceit is a dual-edged weapon that turns lies into truth, and truth into lies. It is, in all actuality, a full-frontal assault on Reality that leaves rampant Delusion in its wake. 

The only earthly force that has a chance of eclipsing Deceit is Love, but let’s face facts, Deceit is utilized much more often. Why? Because it works to deliver Power, not because it’s right.

Deceit is Betrayal, and always favours the Deceivers at the expense of the Deceived.

It can be nothing else, can it? Sure, there are times when Deceit is a “good” thing, such as when engaged in war against enemies who would oppress and harm your society, family, or “team”. Other Deceits, like some little white lies, don’t harm the deceived because there is no plan to exploit or take advantage of the victim. (No, hiding an affair isn’t a little white lie, it’s a betrayal. Little is telling your spouse that their favourite pants don’t make them look fat.)

The big issue with media Deceits shaped into Fake News narratives is that those toxic messages target every single citizen in the country, or across the globe in today’s wireless world, and if successful, results in large numbers of people believing in things that just aren’t so. People’s perceptions will be poisoned to the point that Fake Beliefs are instilled across the population, and because people trust their Beliefs, Fake or not, they will act on them.

Many take this process to mean an attempt to dumb down the citizens, making them more amenable, pliable, or obedient to government decree. B.A.D.A.S.S. takes a slightly different view. The result of Fake News narratives is not a dumbed down citizenry but rather, an ignoranced-up society.

That Fake news assault is specifically tailored to manufacture an explicit ignorance that can be exploited culturally and politically. Unfortunately, as the policies are based in Deceit, their exploitation is a gross betrayal of their consumers because it will cause them to unknowingly support what amounts to Fake Policy. Fake Policy will never benefit the deceived and will always lead towards totalitarianism as wealth and freedom, the currencies of Power, will flow from the Ruled to the Rulers. Always, always, always. It’s part of the design. It’s the damn point!

As hard as it may be to accept, make no mistake, the sole purpose of well-designed Fake News is the betrayal of those who consume it so that they accept losses of Liberty as necessary for their own good. Fake News is Tyranny’s friend, not Liberty’s, nor yours. We’re all living this truth right now.

Political Deceit and the Wrong Problem

When attempting to resolve a pressing issue, will fixing the wrong problem lead to the right solution?

Of course not, but isn’t that the very path we travel every time political action is driven by Fake Beliefs? 

Now, any business that spends time and resources fixing the wrong problem will quickly realize that error, stop travelling down the wrong road and then regroup to find and fix the right problem. Businesses understand that fixing the wrong problem will never generate positive consequences, and in the extreme, could destroy or bankrupt that business. 

Sadly, the political world doesn’t work that way because failure for one side is success for the other. So, if Fake News brings political success, there is no impetus for the party that’s winning elections to end that Politically Correct but Reality Challenged policy.

Here is a B.A.D.A.S.S. conclusion for you to chew on before I explain it in detail in an upcoming essay: Perpetually failing political policy, like the U.S.A.’s “War on Poverty” or Canada’s utterly failed Indigenous policies, is the direct consequence of fixing the wrong problem and is certain to have a deceitful Fake News foundation.

Here is another: 

In every instance where B.A.D.A.S.S. identifies Deceit, that Deceit is inserted intentionally, and the consequences of implementing political policy predicated on that Deceit will never meet the policy’s stated intentions. Those policies, while sold as help, are designed to hurt.

Next up is the B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Information. Now, every smart person, and I mean you regardless of your Beliefs, likes to think they’re critical thinkers, informed, expert dot connectors that come to rational conclusions only after careful consideration of the factual evidence, and screw you for suggesting otherwise! 

You know what, I’ll grant you that because, as B.A.D.A.S.S. will show, you are both correct and extremely mistaken. 

Did you just think that makes no sense?  Well, my friend, I hope you’ll return because B.A.D.A.S.S. is going to shift your information paradigm into another dimension, and when you get there, you’ll never view information in the same light again. 

And truth be told, if you value Liberty, you shouldn’t.

4.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Information

Welcome. If you’ve read the previous three “BADASS View of” essays on Politics, Belief, and Deceit, you’ll find it much easier to connect the “dots” that follow. If you haven’t read them, please do so first, as they’re integral to the whole B.A.D.A.S.S. theory of information and its impact on people, culture, politics, and ground-breaking, one-of-a-kind, universe class, Fake News analysis.

Back during the runup to the 2016 U.S. Presidential election between President Trump and Hillary Clinton, I joined some friends for a friendly game of small stakes Texas Hold’em Poker. As the election conversation rumbled, I uttered a comment about how big trouble was brewing for Hillary. The response from the host was along the lines of, “Can you even read?”

The insulting implication being that the ONLY way I could disfavour Hillary was because I was incapable of consuming the news and putting two and two together to reach a measured and rational conclusion. 

In actuality, all it meant was I trusted and consumed information from alternate sources, so my “dots” were different, and therefore, my logical thought processes reached different conclusions. It is that simple.

One of us was right and the other wrong. Just to be clear, the fact that Trump won that election is not a determinant factor in deciding whom between my friend and I was actually correct. 

It also follows that differences in raw intelligence are also not a critical factor in the formation of those opposing conclusions. Why?

For Fake News, it’s all about the dots.

Information is Power.

Notice I didn’t say, Knowledge is Power, although that is true. There is a good reason for this; Information does NOT equate to knowledge, as proven by the conflicting conclusions on Hillary and Trump between my friend and me.

The fact we as a whole tend to equate information with knowledge is one of the great Deceits of all time, one that allows those who control information to control us to an incredible, and dangerous, degree. 

Information equates to knowledge when, and only when, that information conveys accurate impressions of Reality. In those cases, knowledge leads to understanding and its study and application, in time, results in wisdom. Knowledge, then, is Power.

Recall, however, that Deceit flips truth on its head, turning truth into lies and lies into truth. Trusting Deceit laden information, then, can’t lead to knowledge because it’s a logical impossibility. Instead, it leaves its consumers mired in abject ignorance, which leads only to confusion and wizdumb, which is highly representative of the current state of “Common Knowledge.”

Knowledge is still Power but, in these instances, that knowledge rests with those who disseminated the Deceit, as they know and understand the scope and depth of their trusted consumer’s ignorance. Yes, Knowledge is Power but unfortunately, that Power goes to the Deceivers, not the victimized consumers.

So, at the end of the day, Information is Power, but who becomes empowered is determined by the accuracy of that information. In B.A.D.A.S.S.’s analysis, Fake News can only result in the disempowerment of the people who trust it. This is a crucial feature, the goal, not a mistaken bug. The end result will be the political exploitation of those victims.

Fake News, by its very nature, is a vile intellectual assault and betrayal of consumer’s trust, and I bet you know it, even if you still can’t accept it could happen to you.

My Critical Thinking skills will protect me!

How is this possible if the dots you trustfully consume are perceptual poison?  Whether the information you consume is inaccurate (Fake) or bang on (Reality), your logical skills don’t change! You will connect those trusted dots, and if you’re connecting dots that B.A.D.A.S.S. recognizes as deceitful, you will come to the wrong conclusions. Guaranteed. It’s Deceit’s inescapable intellectual trap. 

The only way to ensure your critical thinking abilities work for your own good is to eliminate as much toxic intellectual fuel (Fake News) from your information diet as possible. Doing your own research or “fact checking” is great, and it can help BUT those methods are basically seeking validation and support, and themselves are vulnerable to biases and beliefs which may have formed due to the prior consumption of toxic information. 

A better, cleaner, ideologically independent method is needed.

This is where B.A.D.A.S.S., the Bias And Deceit Analysis Support Service, comes in. Its first step is the evaluation of each individual statement for signs of perceptual poison. When it finds Deceit, it is an undeniable sign that the statement’s Perceptual Integrity is broken, and upon trusted consumption will work to deform rather than inform perceptions. 

Here are some analogies that may help you understand what B.A.D.A.S.S. is doing. 

1. B.A.D.A.S.S. is a taste tester that says, DO NOT EAT THESE DOTS!
2. B.A.D.A.S.S. is a sentinel at the gate rejecting deadly foes before they can enter the city and harm your people.
3. B.A.D.A.S.S. is the sheep dog that recognizes ravenous wolves in sheep’s clothing.
4. In the IT world, where this concept originates, B.A.D.A.S.S. is a validation routine that checks the structural integrity of the data prior to allowing the software to process it. The data’s content is irrelevant at this point, the concern is focused on the integrity of the data.

The point of B.A.D.A.S.S. isn’t to connect the dots for you, as that is post-consumption and B.A.D.A.S.S. begins with the assumption that you’re a competent and smart dot connector. Its primary purpose is to protect you from consuming that poison dot so that your critical thinking skills don’t get hacked by corrupt Intellectual Fuel Providers, which, sadly, are still in the majority though they lost their monopoly when the internet opened the world to new voices. Voices the new Information gatekeepers, the Tech Giants, are now working to censor - on a global scale.

(If you’re not terrified by the Tech Giants evil pixel burning acts, it means much more than simply agreeing with their political position. Like it or not, it suggests you’re cool with Evil as long as it is looking elsewhere. In the end, your acceptance of Evil now won’t save you, your family, your friends, your country, or your freedom later. You will be the Evilgator’s last meal, that is, if your former friends don’t get to you first.)

Look pal, I do my own thinking!

Did that comment trigger a spark of outrage in you? I’ll admit that suggesting to me that I don’t do my own thinking would have had me sputtering in indignation not all that long ago. Before B.A.D.A.S.S., of course, when wizdumb ruled my mind.

Our “thinking” is certainly limited by intelligence, but on average, the vast majority of people are smart and capable, irrespective if they think like you or not. 

When you say you do your own thinking, what is that thinking based upon but your current beliefs and the information you trust? Or are you claiming to be one of the rare humans who transcends the bounds of current knowledge to blaze new trails of understanding? Few have the time necessary, or the inexplicable madness required to travel those roads.

Sorry, not to be mean but, you consume, you connect, you believe. And that process is limited because you cannot connect that which you do not consume, unless you’re a somewhat brilliant philosopher or, to be honest, a bit nuts. 

The political process goes like this: Information – Perception – Belief – (Culture) – Politics. 

Now, it’s important to remember this process holds true whether the Information is right or wrong. 

So, yes, we do our own thinking, but that thinking is limited by the scope and quality of the information we consume. While accurate information enhances our knowledge and understanding, that which isn’t shared constrains our knowledge and understanding. 

Fake News will always bury or discredit anything and anyone who threatens to break through their carefully designed constraints.

Conclusion:

Our thinking is controlled by information, whether that information is good or bad. When it comes to information’s use in Fake News, all it takes to mess the world up is to inject Deceit into the narrative, and then protect that Deceit from exposure at any and all costs. Another way to recognize evil Fake News narratives is that it will leave bloody trails of personal destruction in it’s wake. 

Information is the carrier, Deceit is the weapon, Perception is the target, Belief is the objective, POWER is the goal.

The key to our Kingdom is control of the Information we consume. The world will soon say goodbye to Wealth and Freedom if it doesn’t figure out how to evaluate information like a B.A.D.A.S.S.

5.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Consequences

If you haven’t read those essays, please do so first, as they’re integral to the whole B.A.D.A.S.S. theory of information and its impact on people, culture, politics, and ground-breaking, one-of-a-kind, universe class, Fake News analysis. Let’s get to it.

Why does B.A.D.A.S.S. care about Consequences?

Allow me to use an IT analogy that taps into my experience as an Analyst/Developer.

Companies build software systems to serve their specific needs. That is the software’s sole intention (we are talking honest companies here). Those intentions are eventually translated into system requirements that the developers code the solution to meet.

The purpose of the code is to meet those intentions. Period. 

The moment the software produces results that diverge from those intentions, say an executive report whose contents are obviously wrong, or even better, the system bombs in the middle of a data entry task, the software is no longer meeting expectations. 

At that moment, the consequences no longer match intentions, and the developer’s job at that point is to debug the problem from the point the issue is noticed back through all related processes to find the root problem and fix it there so that the software can correctly meet intended expectations moving forward. In addition, any damage done to the system’s data must be undone before restarting, effectively dismissing all the work the system did from the start of that particular process to its failure. 

Politics is no different in that regard. Political parties develop programs and policies to meet intentions they’ve packaged and sold to the public - through the media - in exchange for their vote. 

For B.A.D.A.S.S., the moment policy consequences fail to meet political intentions, the political program has an issue in need of a debug. There are two possibilities here.

First, the program rollout was incompetent, and considering the near unlimited resources Government’s have, and the decades of experience the bureaucracy brings, this is least likely. 

The other option requires debugging the unintended consequences back to the source of the problem, which B.A.D.A.S.S. will track back to the Deceit embedded in the information and understanding that the policy is based upon. 

Unfortunately, this is where Politics diverges from the real world because although the negative consequences harming people’s lives are shouting they got it very wrong, the party can’t, and won’t admit it. The problem is never going to be fixed, just defended for political gain, so those ugly consequences roll on and on, getting worse over time.

This is how the abnormal becomes our new normal.

Consequences Matter!

When policy or programs are being developed, whether in business or politics, the ability of those programs to meet or exceed expectations depends on the combination of the three attributes that feed our decision-making processes: Belief, Information, and Intelligence. 

Belief aside, the other two can be either good or bad, which leaves a total of four basic combinations of attributes that will, in the final analysis, determine the results, or consequences, of that program. 

B.A.D.A.S.S. anticipates the program’s results to behave according to the following formulas:

Good Information + Good Decisions = Positive Consequences (Desired)

Good Information + Bad Decisions = Negative Consequences (Incompetence)

Bad Information + Good Decisions = Negative Consequences (Fake)

Bad Information + Bad Decisions = Uncertain Consequences (weird, but true)

Looking at the four possibilities above, we see this interesting point regarding consequences:

Good Information + Bad Decisions = Bad Information + Good Decisions.

Now, assuming, as B.A.D.A.S.S. does, that people are generally smart enough to make good decisions, and we eliminate the Bad Decision scenarios, we see that with Good Decisions, the Consequences are directly related to the quality of the information feeding the decision-making process, and the only way to get positive results that meet intentions is to ensure that the information is good, meaning accurate with respect to Reality, whatever it is. 

So, what is Fake News but Bad Information? And if that is the case, Fake News, then, promises only Negative Consequences, which in politics relates to Power’s currencies of Wealth and Freedom. 

In other words, Fake News will always, by design and without fail, result in the transfer of Wealth and Freedom from the Ruled to the Rulers and, this is neat as well. If B.A.D.A.S.S.’s theory holds, the size of the Fake will correlate to the rate of transfer of those currencies. 

The bigger the Fake, the bigger the Transfers.

Perceptions are NOT Reality.

They aren’t, and if you insist they are, then I perceive myself to be King of the World. Avert your eyes and kneel before me, slave, or face my wrath! Guards! Off with their heads!

The graph below is a simple representation of Reality versus Perception. The gap between the two lines represents the scale of Delusion, or NOT Reality, we’re operating from. The greater the gap, the greater the delusion and the greater the delusion the worse the consequences of acting on it.

In politics, consequences are Reality indicators. They speak directly to the accuracy and legitimacy of the information used to justify the policy. As mentioned in BADASS View of Politics, information incentivizes the Ruler Class much differently than the Ruled because when political justification proves successful it delivers Power. The Ruler class is then incentivized to continue with that successful justification, even when the consequences of the policies are so negative, they are exactly opposite of the policy’s stated intent. This formula leads to perpetual failure for the Ruled, and never-ending success for the Rulers.

(Fake News labels nonsense policy as Politically Correct, and it is “correct”, but just for the Rulers, not the Ruled who are forced to live with the negative consequences.)  

The Consequence Curve

The purpose of the Policy Consequences Model shown below is to show the impact of Fake News (Bad Information) over time. Take a look at the X on the graph, which is resting on the Negative Consequence Curve. It represents the current state of the impact of that policy on the people.

Now, the curve itself is capable of looking both forward and backward, both predicting more of what is to come, and shining a bright light on the reasons we are there. It’s telling you that the information used as the policy’s foundation is bad (Fake) and that the policy is fixing the WRONG PROBLEM. 

Here is the scary thing. Once society begins travelling down that deceitful, negative curve there is only one way to escape the tragedy that lurks around the corner, and that is to return to the Decision Junction, the point in time the policy is implemented, remove the Bad Information from the equation and re-evaluate the entire plan, otherwise all that can be accomplished is to slow the slide into abject tyranny. But make no mistake, this curve will end in disaster and death. More death than you can imagine.

On the flip side, if society is riding the Positive curve, the only way to stop that awesome run is to end the policy or return to the Decision Junction and mess up the policy’s foundation by injecting deceit into the process. Otherwise, nothing can stop the good from happening. Truth and Liberty live on this curve.

Using this model allows you to look ahead of the curve and know what’s coming from the perspective of Power, and it’s hold on society’s Wealth and Freedom. So, ask yourself, on which curve does the COVID-19 response place us?

The Decision Junction.

You’re leading all your competitors by ten minutes in the biggest rally race of your career. You’re approaching the final junction, a T-intersection that you’ve been told is only ten minutes from the finish line. You’ve got it locked! 

Your navigator tells you to turn left at the T, which you do, and you speed toward the win. Eleven minutes later you realize you’re heading in the wrong direction! 

You immediately stop, turn, and head back. You finally reach the finish line, but twelve minutes behind the winner and, even worse, out of the money. 

Do you kill your navigator? Maybe, but that would be wrong, and it doesn’t change the outcome. 

Now, imagine this scenario. If after making the wrong turn you refuse to stop and reverse course, you’ll never reach the finish line, will you? Not a chance.

What’s needed is a return to the Decision Junction (the T-intersection) followed by making the right choice. Keep in mind, until the Decision Junction point is reached, you’re still on the wrong road.

In fact, to continue down the wrong path will not just result in failure but also be a horrific waste of time and resources. It’s really no different in politics, but as it isn’t the Ruler’s time and resources being wasted, they are happy to keep going the wrong way if it gets them votes and delivers what they most seek: Power.

Solving The Wrong Problem 

How can you tell when Ruler’s have fixed the wrong problem? The political consequences will not meet the stated intentions. In fact, the consequences may be so negative, they exacerbate the issues being resolved.

When Rulers fix the wrong problem, they place the Ruled on the negative Consequence Curve, and guarantee losses with respect to the Political Currencies of Wealth and Freedom. 

In other words, when they screw up, they increase their Political Power and decrease our Liberty, which for them, is a gigantic win. They like to win, which means we lose whenever they fix the wrong problem. (Can you smell the COVID-19 Response’s vulnerability yet?) 

And for Rulers, Power gained is never relinquished voluntarily because Power represents success. It’s what they seek and sadly, the alluring aroma of Power has proven itself much too seductive for mere mortals to ignore. 

Alright, it’s time to layout how Fake News Narratives are designed and sustained, that the Deceits are deliberate, and the betrayal – because that is what it is - can only serve one master: Tyranny. 

We are at War, and B.A.D.A.S.S. is about to reveal the enemy’s strategies and tactics so we can learn how to destroy them before they destroy us.

Fake News is Tyranny’s Tongue, and it has more tines than a fork factory.

6.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of Fake News

Welcome. If you’ve read the previous five “BADASS View of” essays on Politics, Belief, Deceit, Information, and Consequences, and you haven’t been able to break the simple logic that underpins B.A.D.A.S.S., then you may be ready to accept the Reality of Fake News Narratives, although you may hate what that portends.

All models must meet certain criteria to be accepted as legitimate and useful tools, and it is no different when analyzing Fake News.

As mentioned in the intro, B.A.D.A.S.S. works from four assumptions and seven constraints.

As a reminder, here are those assumptions: 

1. Humanity is intelligent.
2. Truth is accurate information that informs perceptions.
3. Deceit is inaccurate information that deforms perceptions.
4. Fake News is a Political weapon.

And the seven constraints:

1. Subject/topic independent
2. Source independent
3. Ideologically independent
4. Politically independent
5. Fact-check independent (would violate #2)
6. Testable/verifiable
7. It must produce accurate projections/conclusions.

Before beginning, please allow me the indulgence of this old poem, my ode to Fake News.

Hacks!

How many lives are ruined ‘cause you owned all the ink?

And families destroyed, pushed way beyond the brink?

You twisted up their truths and warped the words they spoke.

You laughed and walked away while they lay bent and broke.

You can’t hide your Deceit on the cutting room floor.

Those editing techniques just don’t work anymore.

The whole truth is out there and it’s quite plain to see.

Finding Fake

Back at the beginning of the COVID-19 “crisis”, B.A.D.A.S.S. said whoa, there is something wrong here! It immediately identified the source of Deceit, and yes, I wrote publicly about it at Canada Free Press. 

How does that call stack up today? If you didn’t like that projection then, how do you rationalize the indisputable truth that the “Response’s” draconian two-week “stop the spread” lockdown plan has continued for more than fourteen months with no end in sight? 

Somebody was wrong, and, in hindsight it wasn’t B.A.D.A.S.S., was it? Which means what? 

B.A.D.A.S.S.’s “foresight” got it right and the media, with their vast resources, contacts, and capabilities, got it completely wrong. 

Which means what, like it or not? 

Every author and institution that pushed, and still push, the COVID-19 narrative as truth is guilty of peddling Fake News. No exceptions. Every single one, whether they know it or not, and yet, they’re somehow still trusted. 

Makes me weep, and it’s why Freedom is on fire across the globe.

The Fake News Framework

You may be shocked to learn how strategically, and tactically, simple Fake News Narratives are. Please don’t mistake simple for weak or unimportant, Fake News Narratives could not be created and sustained if they were too complex an endeavour as they’d quickly collapse in chaotic confusion, the weakened and divided state that Fake News strives to leave us all in.

Strategically, all successful Fake News Narratives require majority control of a uniform and unambiguous message, oft repeated and structured to emotionally manipulate those who mistakenly trust the messengers, our Intellectual Fuel Providers (IFP’s) in the media, social media, academia, and entertainment.

H.L. Mencken put it this way. 

“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary.”

Imaginary, in B.A.D.A.S.S. terms, equates to Deceit. The control of this formidable Power has been transferred from the “mainstream” media to the Tech Giants, who can apply that centralized Power on a global scale, as they obviously do.

The battle plan in their war on Reality can be summarized into just three basic Fake News strategies:

1. CREATE THE DECEIT
2. SUSTAIN THE DECEIT
3. EXPLOIT THE DECEIT

That is their overarching strategic game plan, and as you’ll see, it is all it takes.

This strategy targets a human vulnerability in our Perceptual Process, leading to the Beliefs that clamor for a solution. That Perceptual Process can be shown with five easy steps. Deceit becomes the sixth. B.A.D.A.S.S.’s defensive play becomes the seventh, which returns us to the basic five steps. 

Those five steps, in an honest system, allow the process to self-correct. Deceit always generates the need for a substantial correction, that when implemented, worsens our condition, leading to the need for more correction, and, well, each cycle of the process leads us further from Reality at the cost of Wealth and Freedom.

B.A.D.A.S.S. seeks and destroys Deceit, making it the most powerful weapon in Liberty’s arsenal, and it will send Tyranny fleeing in terror. The world may not understand this yet, but if B.A.D.A.S.S. spreads, Tyranny will be forced to take a knee. And it knows it. 

The Political Perceptual Process

Pretty straightforward, eh?

Once you know the Strategies, it is much easier to understand Tyranny’s purpose, process, tactics, and vulnerabilities. 

Knowing the strategy gives finally puts us on the proper battlefield and provides the understanding from which to shape our War plans. 

Deceit does not represent the blind leading the blind. Deceit is evil making us blind, and the blind leading themselves over the cliff while insisting everyone join them. 

Now you know their strategies and how they implement them, lets review the tactics.

Fake Tactics

Fake News narratives begin with a BIG Deceit. This Fake Claim is presented as absolute truth that is beyond challenge and reproach. Attached to the Fake Claim is a highly charged emotional statement that alarms the populace who then clamors for a “response”. 

The “response”, as it is solving the wrong problem, ensures failure and places us firmly on the Negative Consequence curve. It’s implementation will then spawn a cascade of real crises that the media will use as fodder for fueling and advancing the Narrative and our Rulers will use as the rationale for implementing additional responses. 

This creates a self-sustaining perpetual process producing failure (negative consequences) for the Ruled, but Power for the Rulers. 

It’s a brilliant War strategy that uses people to destroy themselves, happily.

Tactically, on the ground, things get a little more complicated because there are both offensive and defensive requirements that need to be fulfilled.

It begins with an offensive ploy designed to have the Claim win the race to Belief before citizens realize they’re even involved in a race. Once set, the offensive is naturally intensified by peer pressure from those clamoring for safety. Shame works. 

The offense tactic always remains true to the original Claim. It can’t waver as that would weaken its grip on Belief. 

Fake News’ defensive squad has one job: protect the Claim (Deceit) from any and all challenges. This is typically where the politics of personal destruction occurs. There is nothing they won’t do and no one they won’t harm in the execution of their defensive duties, because failing to do so is an existential threat to the narrative (and/or Beliefs). However, they will scale their response to meet the strength of the challenge.

If a little shame works to silence dissent, great. If not, a little bullying might. If the bullying tactics fail, the pressure will increase to discrediting. If the target survives that assault, then they will be constantly disparaged and demonized until they are destroyed. If that attack somehow fails, and it rarely does, then they’ll call the mob in for a little mauling support. If they need to destroy your reputation, business, or threaten you and your family with physical harm, so be it. Fake will not be denied the glory of its Deceit.

Their use of censorship is ubiquitous if the challenge is gaining traction. It will serve you well to keep the following comment on censorship in mind. 

Censorship is Tyranny. Tyranny is Evil. Therefore, Censorship is Evil. 

And no, that isn’t hyperbole. Censorship is literal evil.

That is a high-level summary of Fake News strategies and tactics from the B.A.D.A.S.S. perspective. Is there more? Yup, plenty.

Why a Big Lie (Deceit)?

Well, small Deceits can only carry small emotional charges, which won’t generate the clamor needed for a saving “response”. For Fake to move the herd’s needle, the Deceit must be large, and, counterintuitively, the larger, the better. 

Second, the greater the Deceit, the greater the delusion gap instilled in those who trust the message. This guarantees fiery, passionate conflict between groups of Ruled because there can be little common intellectual ground from which to work from.  This delusion gap is ruthlessly exploited by Fake News and their puppet/partner politicians. 

There’s one more good reason Fake News goes BIG, and it comes from seeking the answer to this question.

If the Claim is Fake, can they win a logical argument against a well prepared or knowledgeable foe? 

Obviously, not, which goes a long way to explain why Fake News is so vile and vitriolic in defense of the Fake Claim. 

However, the large delusion gap provides two additional benefits for Fake News. 

The large intellectual distance between sides means there remains a greater number of factual challenges to overcome, particularly with complex sciences like Climate and COVID-19. 

When some small technical argument of the Claim is overcome, Fake News simply discards its defense of that point and moves to another. Right, you say! They shift the goalposts! Close, but not quite.

As they can’t win the argument, and arne’t trying to, what they are doing is moving the emotional launch pad from which to fire the next argument, and it will carry the same emotional charge that was lost with the discarded point. They lose nothing, and the large gap allows this process to repeat itself ad nauseum. 

Also, while opponents are launching the hypocrite charge because of the argument shift, it has nothing to stick to because the emotion-based Fake Belief does not change, and if the belief doesn’t change, how can the believer be a hypocrite? 

Fake Leads, News Follows

Fake News is designed to draw people away from Reality and towards a desired political conclusion that is then harvested – exploited - at election time. 

News is information that tells you what has already happened, and if possible, decent, and knowledgeable analysts can infer from it some interesting and accurate conclusions. 

Fake News is telling you what to believe before it occurs, and because it is beautifully conceived, it is highly effective, even if evil.

C’mon B.A.D.A.S.S., not all journalists are evil.

Point taken, and it doesn’t matter because if they’re pushing Fake News they speak for Team Tyranny regardless. Again, it comes down to Belief, not whether it is Fake or not.

If they are sharing what they believe to be true, they will take great offense at the suggestion they are lying. And because they rely on each other in their research and fact checking, their Fake Beliefs find constant support and are continually reinforced. 

Plus, like every normal person, they will fight like hell to protect and defend their Beliefs. This is a deeply embedded human trait, again, utilized to great effect by Fake News Narratives.  It’s a critical component of Fake News’s success. 

Fake Strength, Real Vulnerability, Opportunity Lost.

While the Big Deceit provides extraordinary ability to manipulate consumers and ensures the response fixes the wrong problem in perpetuity, the reason it’s defended so voraciously is because that Big Deceit is actually a single point of failure for the entire narrative. 

Obviously, Fake News won’t expose the Deceit themselves, and they won’t let their political hacks do it either. And any politician whose pushback comes to close to the vulnerability will be forced to endure an abusive onslaught from Fake News’ Team Defence.

Sadly, the politicians we task to speak for Liberty aren’t up to the effort, not morally, philosophically, nor intellectually, so they don’t even try. Rather, they accept the Claim and roll forward within that Fake framework. Sadly, and this is hard to swallow, many “Anti-Lockdown” groups are following the same sure to fail strategy. They are mistakenly focused on consequences, not cause. 

There are two massive problems with that approach. The capitulating behaviour works to legitimize the Fake Claim, ceding the high intellectual ground to the Fake Belief and leaving them with the lone option of attempting to mitigate the consequences rather than ending them. This ensures the Ruled languish in delusion and remain on the Negative Consequence Curve forever, and with no hope of ever returning to the Decision Junction to fix the right problem, because no one knows there is a need to.

Consequences are the goal! (B.A.D.A.S.S. understands them as Causesequences)

If political policy is fixing the wrong problem, then there is absolutely no way for the policy to meet it’s objectives. This means, and this is crucial, the consequences, whatever they may be, are the desired goal because they deliver Power in the form of control of Wealth and Freedom.

Fake News, and the policy it drives, is intended to produce the consequences it does because they KNOW it’s fake. The trick they pull with people who expose the harsh consequences that are occurring is to accuse those politicians of being big meanies who are against the wonderful intent of the policy, an intent Fake News and their political puppets have no intention of fulfilling! Devious as hell.

We’re almost there! 

Yes, there is more to Fake News, like the hidden meaning in Smell Tests, but I’ll save those for the finale, the B.A.D.A.S.S. View of COVID-19. I will not only layout the COVID-19 Fake News Narrative in detail, showing where the Deceits have been injected into the narrative, and they are doozies, but I will show exactly how to calculate the size of the Deceits, which will indicate just how wrong the problem being solved is. These will expose the Narrative’s vulnerabilities, weaknesses they can’t defend should they be forced to, which is the particular job that lies ahead for us.

I’ll also reveal how the consequences of the “Response” tie to the globalists Great Reset plan and the loss of your voting power. 

And I will do it without a single fact from any source. Why? Because they’ve dirtied the data regardless, which to B.A.D.A.S.S. is more proof of Deceit. Plus, its important to keep the explanation clean and simple to avoid the chaotic and confusing stories that Fake News pumps out with their perpetual emotion machine.

I hope you’re ready. 

Oh, and if your still holding onto the Fake Belief that COVID-19 is a true narrative, just break B.A.D.A.S.S.’s logical foundation and you break its conclusions. At that point you can celebrate sending it, and me, home in abject humiliation.

Otherwise, you’ve got a huge dilemma on your hands. A nasty one too, because without breaking the logic, you’ll have to face the spectre that your “trusted sources” have betrayed you, your family, your country, your traditions, your freedom, and your future. 

And that is going to suck. I suggest you prepare for that eventuality, just in case.

7.   B.A.D.A.S.S. View of COVID-19

Welcome. If you’ve read the previous six “B.A.D.A.S.S. View of” essays on Politics, Belief, Deceit, Information, Consequences, and Fake News, then it is my fervent hope today is the day you learn to trust yourself like a B.A.D.A.S.S. and accept the obvious for what it is. If you haven’t read the first six, then please do or you’ll likely struggle to connect the pieces to the real world.

As mentioned, the B.A.D.A.S.S. takedown of the COVID-19 Fake News Narrative will be done without referencing a single source for “facts”, because in todays hyper-partisan and confused atmosphere, one person’s fact is another’s propaganda – thanks to Fake News. Nor will I rely on a single expert of my choosing, because as you will clearly see, B.A.D.A.S.S. doesn’t need them. Furthermore, no political positions nor ideological idiocy will sully the logical takedown. 

To ensure there is no misunderstanding, rest assured no one has paid me a penny for any of this. The only price paid has been made by those close to me.

Before beginning, please set aside your Beliefs regarding COVID-19 for the moment, whatever they are. Once you’re through, you can connect whatever dots you like and come to whatever conclusions fall out. All I ask is you trust yourself.

A B.A.D.A.S.S. will understand that regardless of those conclusions, they won’t change the future that the Consequence Curve portends. Everyone else will be shocked when it happens, but no amount of bleating at that time will change anything. 

I don’t need to seek evidence to support the conclusions B.A.D.A.S.S. made a year ago because the Consequence Curve tells me they will come. In fact, I don’t watch or read the “news” at all, because I refuse to allow any Fake News outlet to abuse my perceptions. I do peruse a few alternative sites, mostly for the entertainment value, and always with a critical eye now I understand the shocking power of information to cause grave harm to society. 

I’ve hinted that the global COVID-19 Response was designed to fix the wrong problem, and I would show how to determine that truth, and I will get there, but if I started with it, we’d be done in less than 10 words (not an exaggeration) and I need you to warm up your logical muscles first.

Topics like Climate Change and COVID-19 involve extremely complex science. Of course, few of us have the education, training, or experience to understand them, and fewer still have the skill to explain them in simple terms. I’m not going to try, because that would be attempting to summarize content, and, as I keep repeating, B.A.D.A.S.S. works before that happens.

What does this mean? The complexity of the topic, the topic itself, really, is irrelevant to the analysis, which has one job, to identify Bias and, most importantly, Deceit in News Narratives. 

B.A.D.A.S.S. understands Media sources, like “experts” and “anonymous”, speak with the media’s tongue, otherwise, they wouldn’t be allowed to speak as they might unwittingly destroy the Narrative. Now, when a regular Joe or Jane challenges a Narrative they know is nonsense, the media will respond along the lines of “what credentials or experience do YOU have to question OUR experts?” B.A.D.A.S.S. wonders the same about their ability to choose the right expert. How about you, Greta?

Regardless, what they are attempting to do is bully you into accepting their source’s points as absolute truth, knowing you likely don’t have the knowledge to argue with that expert. And they are correct in that regard.

However, they can’t intimidate a B.A.D.A.S.S. like that, because, as I keep mentioning, the expert’s contribution, or content, is irrelevant to the analysis. Sweet, eh? B.A.D.A.S.S. is the expert! And you can quickly learn to be a B.A.D.A.S.S. too, with a little courage and trust in yourself. Truth be told, the world needs millions of B.A.D.A.S.S. warriors.

In the end, Deceit means Fake, and Fake is bad for all of us on the Ruled side of the Political divide, including our future. 

Simply Profound

Complexity isn’t always something to fear. Simple is, because simple provides clarity, and is rock solid. (B.A.D.A.S.S. is very simple.)

Sport fans have been thrilled by highly skilled, complex plays from the beginning of time. However, the goal that was the culmination of seven sharp tape-to-tape passes finished with a top shelf shot, many performed at speeds most can’t attain without mechanical aid, looks extremely difficult and complex. It’s why the athletes are paid millions to perform.

However, that spectacular goal breaks down to a series of eight well-executed simple plays that, when combined, produced a complex and exciting result.

Now, if any single one of those plays breaks down, you don’t have a goal. The complex didn’t break, the simple did. 

B.A.D.A.S.S.’s origins spring from the IT world of software development. Large systems can contain million of lines of code which together work to create sophisticated business solutions. 

Again, each of those millions of lines of code, by itself, can be considered one simple logical statement. The complexity of the system comes with the ordered, and successful, execution of the statements as needed.  

Any one of those millions of simple lines has the potential to fail, and doing so could break the entire system, causing much havoc in geek central.

Complexity, in all its glory, is little more than the proper and ordered execution of the simple, and when the simple fails, the complexity dies with it. 

So, let’s keep things simple because Fake News thrives on the confusion inherent in complex!

At its core, B.A.D.A.S.S. equates our brains to computer hardware processors, our perceptual process to sophisticated software, and information (news) to data. It then analyzes each simple sentence by itself, not to see what it says, but to see if it will fail our perceptual process. It’s a test of trust, and if the statement fails, then B.A.D.A.S.S. rejects that information’s request to enter your mind and deform your perceptions.

FYI. Anonymous is an automatic trust fail. Consensus too, as consensus is really just a nebulous group of anonymous scientists when you think about it. 

Now, on to COVID-19. Are you prepared to trust yourself?

How sensitive to Deceit is B.A.D.A.S.S.? Hyper.

Remember the phrase “novel coronavirus”? Merriam-Webster defines the word novel as, “new and not resembling something formerly known or used.” 

The use of that word to set the stage wasn’t superfluous, a meaningless adjective of little importance. It’s use served a strategic purpose because without that one simple word, COVID-19 could not be turned into an unknown never-before-seen threat that warned of never-before-seen carnage requiring a never-before-seen global response. 

The “crisis” couldn’t be manufactured, and the response justified, without that itty, bitty word, and if you recall, in B.A.D.A.S.S.’s perspective, Politics is the art of Justification, not legitimization.

However, what did the inclusion of that trivial adjective tell B.A.D.A.S.S.? Well, if true, then they were admitting they didn’t KNOW anything. They couldn’t KNOW, because it was new, so they could only be guessing at how deadly it’s impact would be. 

What is “guessing” to B.A.D.A.S.S.? A sign that the information isn’t accurate, with enormous potential to be very wrong. 

Wrong, as in bad or Fake, GIGO to the geeks out there. Fake information is highly toxic to our perceptual process and will lead to Fake Beliefs. Fake Beliefs that can be exploited, as they did when they dropped the “Response” on the world.

Guess what? The great vulnerability at the core of Fake News Narratives I spoke about. The single-point-of-failure that our leaders won’t go near, and Fake News protects at all costs? You can determine the size of the BIG DECEIT yourself! And once you do, you’ll know what they have already figured out, and why they can’t admit it. 

They’ve trapped themselves with no way out. They MUST now finish the job (Great Reset) or face the wrath of a knowledgeable and angry populace. 

So, let’s flip our Fake Fear into their True Terror, then sit back and enjoy the show.

I’ll show you how simple it is to calculate the BIG DECEIT, but there is a caveat; the numbers used have to reflect Reality, otherwise they’re just more Fake, and sadly, they have deliberately, deceitfully, and necessarily, dirtied the data in an effort to hide just how Big the Deceit truly is, because if the Ruled find out, well, the outrage will go nuclear, and the fallout will destroy those responsible for oppressing us. The neo-totalitarians will be radioactive for the rest of their lives.

Did the Global “Response” Solve The Wrong Problem? 

Here is the simple issue for those who accept that the COVID-19 Response was necessary to save people from the virus’ death touch, and they won’t like what it suggests.

When the wrong problem is solved, the absolute BEST results that one can possibly expect will be sub-optimal, correct? If that is the case, then, for COVID-19, that guarantees any Response that solves the wrong problem will save LESS people than the solving the right problem would. Right? 

Do you really want that knowledge weighing heavily on your conscience? Particularly considering the insane price we’ve all paid in wealth, freedom, mental health, traditions, and the rest?

So, don’t you want to make sure our Response fixed the right problem and therefore saved the greatest number of people? Trust yourself! 

Let’s go back to the Decision Junction, the point in time our leaders justified their lockdown Response. We have enough data that we can now solve this equation:

The Right Problem = Justification / Legitimacy

where Justification = Model Projections and Legitimacy = COVID-19 CAUSED deaths, which can then be expressed this way (nine words, less than ten as promised!):

The Right Problem = Projected COVID-19 Deaths / Actual COVID-19 Deaths 

Of course, the only way to get the correct answer is to eliminate all 85-year-old, obese, diabetic, heart attacks by COVID-19 and other dirty counting tricks, like False Positives. 

The fact that they’ve dirtied the data is more proof of Deceit, and a sure sign that they’ve always known they were fixing the wrong problem. 

For B.A.D.A.S.S., this CREATE THE DECEIT calculation is the only proof required to flag the narrative as likely Fake News, and that means the “Response” was never designed to match intentions, but to create the Consequences we’re living with. 

However, that might not be enough for those who trusted the media’s cries of alarm and are clamoring for more. Is there not more Deceit than that? Yes, and it is quite beautiful, in its evil way. 

Stop The Spread 

Before explaining the absolute cruelty of this strategy, ask yourself these questions.

• Are all cases at equal risk of death?
• If a viral disease has a near 100% infection rate, is it pandemic worthy?
• If “yes”, then here is the follow up. What if the fatality rate is 0?

Did your cognitive do a dissonance dance? Trust yourself!

What The Right Problem answer will show is that the initial risk was grossly overinflated, and it was that high level risk that the Response was designed to fix. That overinflated risk drove the fear the masses clamored to be saved from. Do you really think this was by accident when the “Response” was already packaged and ready to go? Do you think “recovery plans” have a similar centralized footprint? For instance, how many retain the right to lock us down in the future?

What they’ve done with Stop The Spread is also risk related. They’ve eliminated it from the equation all together! Why? This allowed them to transfer the fear from risk of death to number of cases, and keep it going forever. This is strategy #2 - SUSTAIN THE DECEIT.

As mentioned, solving the Fake crisis will spawn a cascade of real crises that keep people stuck in confused and chaotic terror. 

What solutions were implemented to help with the whole Stop The Spread agenda? I’m not talking masks, distancing, gathering restrictions, lockdowns, and the other assorted atrocities. The two that matter here are: Tests and Contact Tracing. 

• What is the natural result of more testing? More cases.
• What is the natural result of Contact Tracing? More Testing, and, therefore, more cases.

So, both “solutions” do one thing. Increase the number of cases, which we know carry the Fear virus. That is their JOB in the Fake News Narrative.

I haven’t even got to variants or False Positives, and word is out that the PCR tests can produce a high number of false positives. Really high.

The two Deceits I’d like to touch on are these.

First, equating all cases as being of equal risk is wrong. The difference in risk between a 15-year-old and 85-year-old can reach, and I’m afraid to say this because it is hard to fathom, into the hundreds of thousands of percent because the most vulnerable group is several thousand times more at risk than the least.

Now to False Positives, which work to increase the fear attached to number of cases. If we want to press our Rulers on the technicality here, we will have to learn how the testing was done, and what level of False Positives they generated. 

False positives will falsely inflate the number of cases, and by extension, the level of fear carried with each “surge”. This is all by design to Sustain the Deceit.

We’ve covered four Deceits: the initial risk, conflating case risk, false positive case counts, false positive plus co-morbidity death counts. 

For B.A.D.A.S.S., one was enough. Are these four enough for you?

If not, then allow B.A.D.A.S.S. to read the Consequence leaves for you. You might want to sit down.

Consequences And The Great Reset

Recall that when Fake News drives political policy, the intent of the policy provides the justification for the Ruled, but the objective for the Rulers is actually the Consequences, which in COVID-19’s case, is the global political crisis control model that was installed to manage whatever future global crisis needs fixing. 

This cedes our sovereignty to the global institution, effectively destroying the value of our vote whenever a new global “Response” is falsely justified.

Now, consider what it would take for a Global institution to assume political control of all the world’s countries.

They would require massive military might to force all into oppression or a meek and compliant humanity who willingly accept it.

As they don’t have the military force, it follows that the route taken requires global acceptance.

Sadly, and it’s been right in front of our face from the start, our Government’s demand that we comply to all Global decrees has required the co-operation of our Health Care system, major Corporations who force employees and customers to submit to the rules and, sadly, our Police, those we trust to keep us safe, are now the authoritative power forcing us into submission.

In short, they have co-opted our own institutions and fellow citizens onto Team Tyranny, and, incredibly, our fellow compatriots have proven themselves more than up to the task. I’m not sure if this rift can be healed, or even should be. Resolving this problem will be painful. 

The Great Reset will accelerate our slide down the Negative Consequence Curve, and the Consequences of the coming Climate “Response” will plunge the world into Energy Poverty, and I’m sure you can figure how that will end. 

Energy Poverty is the Godzilla of poverties, and its rise will generate a cascade of other Poverty Crises: Food, Clothing, Shelter, Moral, Spiritual, and gravesite. See the Georgia Guidestones for an idea of what that entails. 

The Great Reset isn’t coming, it’s already been implemented in the form of the Global Political Crisis Control Model, so when your lockdown politician claims they’ll reject it, they are mistaken, or outright lying, they have already signed the deal. 

COVID-19 was the install of the program and served as a test of resistance to global control. Any crisis can now be plugged in and our corporations will be forcing us to line up in the cold, authorities will demand complete compliance with whatever lunacy they dream up, and the  police will be assaulting us on the street for resisting our overlords. 

So far, the people have failed to defend themselves. B.A.D.A.S.S. aims to change all that by exposing our Enemy’s greatest weaknesses.

Smell Tests

If you recall from the first essay on Politics, words have different meaning on the opposing sides of the political divide, between the Rulers and the Ruled.

It is the same for Smell Tests, of which there are many, but I’ll just use an example for two to explain the point.

Remember, trust yourself!

Social Distancing: Why is 6 ½ feet safe but 5 ½ feet a problem? Is there a distance safety buffer built in, just to be certain? 

Now, what impact would air currents (fans, wind) have on our distancing measures except to destroy them?

Social Gatherings: Let’s say we’re told to keep gatherings to less than 15 people. How does the 16th person turn that safe group into a deadly soiree?

Or doesn’t forcing businesses to close at some arbitrary new time, say 10:00 PM, suggest that the virus’s threat changes with the clock?

Trust yourself, do these pass any rational, “common sense” smell test? Your answer applies only to the Ruled who aren’t allowed to dissent.

The scent is much different on the Ruler’s side of the divide, where the stink is interpreted as a measure of compliance. It an indicator of resistance and the feedback allows them to adjust the plan moving forward. (Government surveys are testing these waters as well.)

See, when we hear “common sense”, they hear, “common scents”, and when the odour makes the Ruled think they’re downwind of a cattle feed lot during a heat wave, that appalling stench is the scent of mockery.

Please trust yourself, and buckle up, because the war between Liberty and Tyranny is far from over.

The B.A.D.A.S.S. recommendation.

For everyone working to restore our Liberties, please don’t take this personally. 

None of you can be more pro-Liberty and anti-Tyranny than B.A.D.A.S.S., and B.A.D.A.S.S. would never let me sign an “anti-lockdown” petition, even though I share the sentiment. 

The answer to why that is so has already been given in the seven essays, but as there is a lot to chew on, it might have slipped by.

Lockdowns are a consequence of a “Response” explicitly designed to fix the wrong problem. And by calling yourself “anti-lockdown”, the focus is mistakenly directed on the consequence, rather than the cause. 

This position accepts the “authority” of the Response and is simply bickering on what to do about it. 

To proceed down this route may allow us to win the battle, but guarantees we lose the war. Why? We’re still heading the wrong way and will remain on that Negative Consequence curve. We must return to the Decision Junction and reject the Fake News COVID-19 narrative in it’s entirety. Especially the “Response”.

Destroy their justification, and we destroy EVERYTHING, not just lockdowns. 

They sent us a message with COVID-19. 

It reads, F*CK YOUR FREEDOM.

If we focus everything we have on their greatest vulnerability, that false justification, the DECEITS, we will fire that message straight back at them. 

Figuratively, and literally.
