      Complacent Silence

During a brainstorming session, Butch proposed an interesting question to discuss in an upcoming podcast: Why aren't more people getting involved?

We see and hear so much from the side of the radical progressives. They constantly make a scene of themselves, whether that's on social media or at a rally or when you walk through the produce section with the Gadsden flag on your T-Shirt.

Meanwhile, the "free thinkers" remain quiet; in the background. Why?

Is this really the case, or is it some form of gas-lighting? Are we simply not being shown the clips on social platforms?

I find this a little hard to believe, considering there is plenty out there now that gets through the censorship. Not to mention, we now have platforms like Slug, Minds, Gettr, Rumble, Odysee and others, that provide free speech spaces for true lovers of liberty. I can't be the only one who constantly hears friends and family discuss and complain about the insanity of the MiniWoke --that's an Orwell reference, in case I lost you there-- yet, I see very few (in comparison) based thinking citizens standing up, speaking out, or doing anything to shift society in the right direction.

So, let me ask again... Why are there not more people getting involved?

Maybe they are afraid of backlash?

My thoughts: The more of us who speak up, the less the backlash can be heard.

Maybe they don't know how?

Solution: Reach out to people involved in the community. There IS someone near you who could help you get involved in some way. Communities need, now more than ever, to stick together, get to know one another again and work with each other, the way a community is supposed to. If you're not into the involvement someone else is doing, make your own way.

What do you like to do? What are your hobbies, interests? How can you utilize your skills and passions to change your community in a positive way?

Always wanted to be a writer? Do it! Start writing. Print a cheap book and sell it in a local book store. It sounds like such a minute action in a world full of people making drastic impacts, but we have to start somewhere. Most of us are never going viral or become the next Blaze TV host overnight. We gotta strive for that shit! We can, too. You know you can, so get off the Netflix and put down your spyPhone for a couple hours and get involved. That might mean brainstorming for awhile about what you can contribute.

Take your time. Remember, success takes a lot of it.

I truly believe we can change tomorrow if we imagine it today.

Thanks for reading my rant.

Billy the Kid...signing out.
