Tip 1) Get A Shower Filter For Softer Skin

I highly recommend getting a shower filter. Nowadays, our water supplies have chlorine which is one of three, chemicals that bind to the thyroid receptor. If you have ever gone to a public pool and noticed the smell of chlorine just as you enter the building? Well, this might be an indication of a build-up of chlorine in your system. You might want to protect your self from too much chlorine by getting the shower filter. The shower filter will filter out all chlorine which in turn will give you healthy-looking skin.

Common symptoms are cold hands and feet, inability to lose weight or brain fog. You might even go to the doctor and get your thyroid blood levels checked out; You will find out that they are normal. So what’s the problem? Let me explain you might have healthy levels of thyroid, but if chlorine blocks it from reaching the receptor, then your thyroid can not do its job.

 Tip 2 ) Get Fish Oil

The next item I highly recommend is getting fish oil. Make sure it is from a reputable source. Make sure the fish oil your getting has no mercury. Mercury is the second most toxic thing for a human being behind plutonium. Fish oil is a critical factor in brain health and has tons of benefits. I am not going to go over all the benefits because this is a post about better skin. In terms of skin health, fish oil helps keep inflammation down throughout the body. The reduced inflammation throughout the body helps have better-looking skin.

         Tip 3) Go to the sauna For a Detoxified Skin

I recommend you to go to the sauna. Going to the sauna will help you attain beautiful looking skin. When you enter the sauna, the 175F heat will make you start to sweat and open up your pores. The sweat will detoxify your body from any toxins. It has a tremendous amount of benefits through healthy stress, called hormetic stress response. That tells your body it needs to adapt to its environment. It is building a stronger you, anywhere from making more red blood cells to adapting to the heat or making you more insulin receptive.
