I can't help but notice a trend now I look back at how things were, verses how they are now in terms of cinema, television, and more broadly when we see how these things have been changed over time. While it's true that Hollywood has always been disgustingly far-leftist, even in times when 'misogynistic' films as some would call them were produced, it remains a fact that the way things are now has never been worse.

When movies, films, television series exist in their own little bubble, only ever having to compete with themselves, we get completely unique, beautiful cinematic entries. When we merge cultures, we get cinematic wonders like the old Spaghetti Westerns, most of which were born of both a historical and an actual fusion of cultures, with directors and producers of Italian, Mexican, Spanish, American, etc. histories. Cultural fusion in cinema works, but it is the exception not the rule.

When we make our only stated goal the increasing of diversity within cinema, when we have no story to tell and instead substitute race for hard, well written stories, we get what we are stuck with today, a cultural mishmash of a racial rainbow with no story. And worse still, when we don't like it and dare voice our hatred for such lazy attempts at diversity and inclusion madness, we are called racist.

But my primary point is this, when we have a sense of cultural identity and represent it culturally, paying only a passive mind to race or none at all preferably, we instead get cinematic, wonderful pieces that inspire generations. When we fall for the diversity cultist's trap, we get absolute schlock which no one will remember.

Do you honestly remember The Dark Tower? Everyone will claim that they don't remember it because it is a bad film, and make excuses for its creators, but honestly and let us be completely plain here, it's because The Gunslinger was miscast. In the books he is described completely differently than he appears in that shitshow of a film.

There are many, and I mean many films, television shows, you name it that have lazily and pointlessly swapped race, sexuality or sex of the main character now, and if we're being honest, it's not for the sake of inclusion, it's for the sake of exclusion.

But when you develop for a non-international audience, you don't need to appeal to the fickle tendencies of these radical open-borders the-world-is-gay types. The truth is, we never should have listened to them in the first place. What we need to start doing is hiring actual talent within Hollywood and the BBC, within all production studios, not those who will work for cheaper because they get to use it as a 'platform' for their message, because it is this fact that is stopping people from going to see films and watching shows like Doctor Who.

No one wants to be lectured at for forty-five to an-hour-and-forty-five minutes. No one wants to see their favourite characters become something they are not. We fans have had enough and the cure honestly to me is to stop trying to become a homogeneous mound of diversity and instead become a self-carved/chiselled and home-grown production, not obeying internationalist politics, not hiring diversity hires, not shamelessly giving away positions to the most vocally aggressive individuals in the industry.

Produce small, story-packed and real stories, be it sci-fi, fantasy, you name it and the international audience will come. You don't need to pander. You don't need to aggressively stroke the egos of the logically inept. And if Hollywierd fails to do so, well then other independent production companies will have to slowly replace them.

All industries are built on foundations made of wet sand, it just takes enough time and a force small enough but which will grow from the sand, not just stand on top of it, and Hollywood, the BBC, etc. will be replaced.
