We were an advance unit of the Alliance fighting our way through the plains of an odd Green and blue world locals called earth. Our mission to save the inhabitants from the Gross beings that dwelled on the world. I and my bunk mate were devising a way to sneak attack the Gross unity when they hit us hard.
The slush and ice weaponry was so freezing I forgot my buddy for a moment and ran. The Gross with their height advantage from their tower bombarded the area for good few minutes. There was nothing I could do for my buddy. He was lost to the Gross unit either captured or presumably dead.
That night I was sleeping without my buddy, and I cried.
The next-day same world I was advancing again when I found my buddy. All slush ed up and frozen. I would get those Gross beings.
Time passed without knowledge of where and when and what happened. I was a pirate advancing on the ship's tower. The empire units were high and above dousing us with water and other items to stop our advance. The bugle rang from our ship, and we were called back from our attack not sure why.
Dinner was fine. I thanked the head cook, but she growled. I think she must be part of the empire of Gross but I did not speak out. I really do not know. At the table was some of my adversaries and all I could think was of my frozen buddy from yesterday.
It was sometime that passed. We are advancing on the Kruts Gross unit again, for some reason. They held the towering ground. I could not understand our leaderships lack of carrying the day and taking the high ground, but I went forward. Today our fireworks were real. Lighting a glowing racer, I fired upon the Gross unit. Boy the words I heard, and they fired back with rocks. They must be low on ammunition, so I lit another.
All of sudden the head cook came out of nowhere and pinned my ears back. World War I the only rule I learned and number one rule always bewares of the cook.
Time passed a bit more. Sally forth as a knight storming a castle, I saw that the tower again was held by the Gross knights. Even if they pretended to be princesses me, and my squire Tig knew we had to climb and slay them all. This time with swords drawn, we charged. We caught them unprepared in a mist of a tea party it looked like. The Slaughter was great, until once again from the mists of hades came the cook, and we were dismissed once more.
Today being part of the Empire, I and my fellow trooper were about to laser our way through a wall of ice when we were all caught off guard. The day before Lord Vadar’s daughter had died, and our hearts were a bit off. However, our cook again was outside telling us that Leia’s mom had just passed away. I was heartbroken, even if I never knew her in person Natalie Portman was someone I would miss. I called a truce with my sisters, and we went inside from the water tower.
To my surprise, there was some miscommunication evidently Leia's mother was another person than I recalled.
So off to the Rebel scum's base I went. Even so, there was no Gross unit there, and they had left their tea party with a full set of cookies which I liberated for the empire. For these are dark days across the plains of Wyoming world, and one never knows the old saying. Come join the boy's side we have cookies.
