For a long time every now and again you will notice that posting and posts are not accessible from Help and Support.
This lack of stability seems to only affect the help and support room on these days, this leads to what I like to call Minds conspiracy theories, but more importantly its restrictions on posting neglects the community and users looking for help.
We need a better system!
First off even if these issues stopped over night, the lack of community interactions on posting and questions as well as the ability to quickly reach out for help is seriously lacking.
We need a more community based interactive support area, some of the best help and support that is community run comes in the form of a discord type forum like below.
Support forums that allow community interaction and quick responses that can also rate and sort issues and questions help both the users and developers by allowing users to quickly find and get support and developers know the top corresponding issues.
I think a simular solution for the help and support room would not only be beneficial but is highly needed.
Closing
I know this one is short but I've brought up the issue of support over and over again, the simple fact is Minds help and support area is not user friendly or organized in any way to help create a community oriented support area.
Hopefully Minds can find a more stable support idea that is more user and development friendly of course this is most likely just a pipe dream.
