Minds Removes Expression
You can no longer have a public opinion on the network (This may be my first strike ;) this is a direct block of freedom of speech and expression for users, just like many news networks nothing negative is allowed to be boosted .
Minds Removes Outsiders
The new moderation system also bans users from using the system if you do not agree with the majority of the voters, although I may personally agree for a incentive (like a higher trust value) a ban for users options should not be a beaned offense from jury duty. What if actual courts did this what would be the outcome surely not a stalemate.
Minds Defaces Freedom Of Speech
How in anyway is this transparent, and how do we as users appeal this (in a real court of law) without information? This is the removal of property (posts) without an actual judges (as in a court of law, not moderation) verdict as defined in the User Bill of Rights.
Minds Allows Channel Attacks
Although content in manually reviewed users can report any post, even if it was a forgetful mistake without warning or a time limit to appeal or fix the forgetfulness, we are all forgetful at times this should not be a ban-able offense, this is easily fix with a opt-in NSFW option. Also a time limit is not in place to allow users to appeal a vote before maintaining a strike or being sent to the system.
Wrong Way!
Minds has made many mistakes in this recent release of the new content policy, This is not the correct direction for users at a mass level and many of these issues can easily be adjusted or fixed to fit a real world situation, and I am glad to help on that account. Let's Talk About It
This is a new policy and it is up yo us the users to adjust and mold it as we see fit, lets take a step back and talk about these issue in a professional manner before attacking the network on these issues. I am never afraid of being the bad guy (you guys know this) but lets take a breather and talk about the issues and how we can fix them and stop attacking and threatening the network, this is a community process and yes it needs lots of work guys lets be the bigger person here or we may just lose our network. (Of course this is just my view)

Honestly I think Minds has many downfalls on this system and it needs to be improved exponentially, as a community we can do just that lets mold this community moderation policy together as a community.
