The Nature of Addiction: A Cancer that Plagues Society

To pay for my studies, I have worked for many years as a pharmacist’s assistant. This occupation gave me the opportunity to work into some bad neighborhood and to work with people suffering from addiction. I was able to appreciate the self destructive nature of these individuals and to understand the illusion they have created for themselves in order to avoid facing the real issues that were plaguing their lives.

These illusions were that they could quite whenever they wanted or that it was impossible to quite. They looked at normal people who did not wreck their lives with drugs as boring people. They looked at normal people as little drones used by the system. They created the illusion that the garbage they pumped into their system gave them an acute understanding of the world and that it opened the ‘’doors of perception’’. They lied to themselves by pretending that a short life on drugs was richer than a long healthy life.

At first I was enthusiastic and full of good in intentions. I was determined to make a difference in the lives of these poor people and to reach out to them in order to drag them out of this engulfing misery they were trapped in. I soon realized that these people are extremely good at taking advantage of the goodness of others, that they were full of malice and that they felt no shame, whatsoever, to do evil.

I soon started to isolate myself from these people as a defense mechanism. In a way, I built an emotional wall between me and these people in order to moderate our interactions. I would make it very clear, if they tried to reach over that wall, that their intrusion would not be tolerated.

I have seen many employees come and go. At first, these new employees criticize the distance you are building between you and the patients and after a few months, you see those same employees running out the back door because they cannot take anymore.

At some point, I realized that I wasn’t making any difference. Drug addicts would die regularly or end up in jail and new degenerates popped out to replace them. I also realized that the treatment we were giving them did not help them. We were just giving them drugs so that they would commit less crime and give society the illusion that this problem was isolated and controlled.

When I lost all empathy, I decide to leave. My employer was very disappointed because it is hard for him to find competent employees who are willing to work in this environment. You know as well as I do, that he only opened a pharmacy in that neighborhood because human misery is a lucrative business.

When you have been seen the ravages of addiction, it because easier to identify it in its many forces.

Addiction to drugs is not the only addiction that is plaguing society; it is only a symptom of an even larger addiction.

I think you can see right away that there are some clear parallels between drug addictions and the current state of society: the blissful denial of problem; the self destructive behaviors; and the constant appeasement. I will expend on that throughout this presentation.

Throughout my adult life I have seen a constant decrease of economical opportunities; I have see a constant increase of the national dept; I have seen the prices of goods and services increase time and time again; I have seen countless waves of intolerant migrants and the criminality boom that followed; I have seen the education system demonize white men, advocate more and more and MORE diversity, and celebrating the end of our way of life; and most of all, I have seen people beg on their knees the government to save them from this misery and praise the next government that will redistribute more wealth to the dumbed out undeserving masses. They praised and praised their new leader, their lord and savior, like the pathetic idiots they are.

I listened to what these people had to say with an open mind and all the patience in the world. I have heard people say the upmost stupid things you could not imagine: ‘’We need to force these people to pay their fair share’’; ‘’We need laws to force these people to see things my way’’; ‘’We need to force these people under the threat of prison and torture’’; ‘’We need get rid of people with these religious beliefs or that skin color’’; ‘’We need more women in politics, because you men have failed’’; ‘’The health care system is a mess, we need the government to talk more about that’’; ‘’But Muh pension’’… Just an endless flow of meaningless verbal diarrhea…

For many years I had lost all belief in politics and I also lost hope in humanity. I did not want to hear about politics, listen to the news nor waste my time looking at the awful shit people were doing around the world. I saw humans as a dumb animal and I just decided to live my life with a nihilistic view of the world.

During that time, I have interacted with countless men who had their lives destroyed by women and who had been raped in family courts. When you actually meet those broken men, you realize that the mainstream narrative of the rampant abuse of women is absolute bullshit. Even if these men lost their jobs, they had their children stolen from them by the courts and that they lived in a 1 ½ apartment or in a dumpster behind your apartment building, they still value the protection of women has the most important thing in the world; even more important than their well-being. They were furious if you even implied that women might be bad. They even held on to that core value while women around them viewed them as filth underneath their feet.

After you meet 4, 5, 6… of these men and you see the relentless attack made on these men by society and by the feminists, you get a very clear and defined picture of who is good and who is evil.

When I talk to these men, I try to be kind and generous. You are never sure if the men on the corner of the street is a broken man or a lazy fuck who lives on welfare in his mom’s basement and who is begging for cash so he can pay his world of warcraft subscription for the month. But some of them I have talked too really opened my eyes. We all think that we have security in our lives; that we will never end up in the streets; and then one day, the woman you loved for 10 or 15 years tells you ‘’I’m not happy’’. The next thing you know, you are in court fighting for custody rights and one morning, you walk up in a refrigerator box on the corner of the street, shunned by society.

Think about that, and then realize that these homeless people are the tuff guys. They are those with the nerves of steel. Most of the other men who went down that road painted the walls of their kitchen with their brains a long time ago. Now ask yourself: how much of this can a man take? These men will spend decades in the streets until they are finally found one winter morning frozen on the corner of the streets, because there was no way out.

Then realize that this is just a symptom of a bigger problem.

Then the migrant crisis became really alarming. It is hard to ignore the problem when gangs of foreigners terrorize your neighborhood; when these foreigners steal, intimidate and attack people; when the people of your neighborhood are afraid to go out at night because of gangs of Africans are harassing people because they are white; and when you realize that the police are more than useless, that all they do is look the other way because they are afraid of being branded racist.

Let me tell you, when you are a young man and you are minding your own business. You are only riding your bike home at night and for no reason, a gang of 20 black men surround you. They have decided that they are going to have some fun at your expense. They are going to push you around and threaten you. You decide to say nothing; to not provoke them or to talk back; let them do their thing and they will walk away when they get tired of bullying you.

But they are just a symptom of a bigger problem.

So it became clear that we had a problem and that we needed to do something about it. So I looked at the political leaders and tried to identify the most racist and intolerant candidate I could find. Oddly enough, there was a leadership race in the conservative party that year and Kelly Leach was running for leadership. So I decided to help her out.

I realized very quickly that the conservative party were not the solution to the problem. They are as corrupted as any other political party. The only want the power and have no intention of steering Canada off an imminent collision course with disaster.

But the conservative party and all these corrupt parties are just a symptom of a bigger problem.

So I started reading. I discovered the Libertarian philosophy. I wanted to know more. So I read everything I could on the topic of freedom. I discover that what most people know about the economy is completely flawed. Great minds like Stefan Molyneux, John Locke, Von Mises, Milton Friedman, made me realize that the government is the problem.

They made me realize that what everyone believes is a benevolent institution that benefits mankind, what they believe is an entity that illuminates mankind is actually a cancer tumor. Once you realize that, it cannot be unseen. And this government is but a symptom of an even bigger problem.

Most of what I have said so far is nothing new. Stefan has dealt of these issues many times.

And I shit you not. I still get people from both sides of the political spectrum sending me comments on a regular basis telling me that we need the government; how could we live without the government; who would keep the corrupt corporations in check if it wasn’t the government; it would be chaos without the government; who would care about the poor without the government…

These people spew this bullshit and actually believe they are smart for doing so…

We do have to point out that some saints have answered the call when they realized that our civilization is coming to an end. These noble souls have sacrificed a lot of hold back the barbarians at the gate in order for us to have a little more time to act.

These people had successful careers and did not need to make a political career. They did so at their own detriment. They could have decided to sit back and enjoy their success, but instead they decided to face the angry mobs and hold society together out of love for their nation.

And Yes, I was a major deplorable 😉

However, when you realize that all these problems I have mentioned are nothing more than symptoms of one big fucking problem that is the human addiction to the illusion that there is no real problem in our society; the self destructive behavior that ensue to keep this lie alive; and the willful blindness to see the truth. People are addicted to lies because they do not have the courage to face their problems; the do not have the moral strength to look at their selves in the mirror and realize how despicable they are; people are willing to sacrifice everything instead of coming to terms with reality.

In order to avoid facing the truth, they are willing to destroy families and the lives of countless men; they are willing to abandon people to a life of drugs and put a band-aid on it to forget the problem is even there; they are willing to give their children to the state and at the same time import violent migrants by the boatload because they desperately want to believe that if they offer their civilization, their soul and their very flesh to the state, that the government will take care of them and they will not have to face reality.

We have all these problems because the common Westerner is a miserable coward with no backbone and who is unable to take responsibility. They don’t realize that they are balls deep in shit. Instead they rather tell themselves that it is chocolate pudding in order to keep the lie going one more day.

Many good people are trying to help them. They are trying to find solutions to the problem and are desperately trying to reach out to the masses to help them. Good on them. This is a noble goal. When the walls come crashing in, these people will have no regrets. (except for Peterson who supports democratic socialism)

But they need to understand that what they are doing will probably fail. It will not fail because their ideas are bad. Most of these ideas will work. They will fail because they do not understand the nature of addiction. Addicts are not willing to listen to reason until they hit rock bottom. Often they need to hit rock bottom repeatedly at breakneck speed in order to snap out of their illusion and many of them just won’t wake up.

One morning, all of these addicts will realize that all of these lies could not go on indefinitely. Let’s call that day ‘’Judgement Day’’.

On judgement day, the progressives and the Trad Cucks are all going to go out, like good little morons, and fight for this lie. But Shakespeare says it with a lot more eloquence than me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=easWqy08wr8

The Solution

So what do Libertarians need to do?

The obvious thing to say is: why would you go fight and die for a corrupt system? Is it even worth saving?

What you need to do is to become self sustainable. You need to become an example of healthy living. You will become a contrast to the cancer that plagues society and this will allow you to free more people from the ‘’matrix’’. There is no point in screaming the truth on every rooftop to a crowd that doesn’t want to listen. Let them come to you. When they do come to you, speak the truth. And if they are unwilling to listen; don’t waste your time.

You must be prepared. When Judgement Day comes, these morons will be desperate. They will be cut off their addiction, cold turkey and that is when they are the most dangerous.

You need to find ways to defend yourself. If they given up their addiction and are willing to live an healthy life. If they are willing to respect people’s freedom. Then welcome them and help them out. The more good souls you find the better. You will be a bigger community of people helping each other out.

If they haven’t learned their lesson, send them packing.

The job of our generation is to survival the fall; produce the next generation; and to hand down to them the seeds of a new civilization.

I know I probably black pilled some people with this presentation. I’m sure even more people weren’t even willing to listen. But this is something that is important to understand. You need to understand that some people can be saved, some people don’t want to be saved and some people are not ready to be saved yet. You cannot change the nature of addiction. The best you can do is to do prevention and/or wait until the person is willing to be saved.

Take care of yourself.
