Pie crust from apple pie recipe
4 oz porchetta
3 medium onions
2T olive oil
1C milk
1/2C sour cream
1 egg
6 oz gruyere cheese grated
Salt
White pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
Sprinkle of paprika
While crust is chilling fry porchetta to browning add olive oil then onions. Fry till onions are just brown but still crisp.
Roll out pie dough and place into pie pan. In bowl whisk milk, egg, sour cream and spices.
Mix cheese with onion mix, pour onion mix into pie, pour cream mix into pie, mix gently.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375°f
