This is a hodge podge recipe, I saw the idea and used what I had.

5# ground beef

5T Worcestershire

1 Egg

(seasoning: white pepper, basil)

2T butter (we have this roasted garlic my mother made and froze in ice cube trays, she also used nocoa instead of butter.  Its great, maybe you'll get the recipe maybe I'll keep it)

Peperjack cheese

Veggies.  I got frustrated with the amount of frozen left over vegetables in the freezer (I usually only store raw meat in the freezer).  We had some hot peppers, some banana peppers, some zucchini, yellow squash and carrot. It was a sold quart worth maybe more.

1. Dice vegetables, melt butter in skillet and saute veggies.

2. in a large bowl mix beef, Worcestershire, and egg.  You will need to kneed this mixture to get it to firm up.

3. Using a clean glass jar, form a bowl around the bottom.  I used a half pint canning jar. Place on a cookie sheet lined in foil.

4. Add cheese inside of beef bowl, add filling.

5. Back at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes

6. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
