3# Chicken Breast cut into strips
3# Baby Potatoes
1T Olive Oil*
3T Butter*
5 Cloves of Garlic chopped (or more)
1t Each: thyme,rosemary and, oregano chopped
Crushed Chili Peppers
Salt
*- I've added these ingredients for your connivance, I used my bacon grease from breakfast
1C Soy Sauce (we use a soy free, homemade option cause I prefer my husband without breasts)
1T Olive Oil
1T Hot Sauce (I buy specialty hot sauces to make flavoured jerky, this one had been infused with garlic.)
1) Mix marinade in a large bowl and add chicken strips, cover and set aside.
2) Parboil potatoes for 8 minutes, drain.
3) In a large skillet add butter and heat on medium, add potatoes and sprinkle with salt, add garlic. Allow to cook till skins begin to golden.
4) In another large skillet add olive oil and heat on medium, add chicken and cook till no longer pink, reserve marinade. I cover my chicken to cook it through.
5) Add marinade to chicken and allow to boil.
6) Add fresh herbs, remove from heat and serve.
