To my Frens here. If I disappear... read this.

My country is now at a real risk of suffering from a total black out right now. 

We are being lied to our power utility publicly acknowledges that we are on stage 6 load shedding, while we are actually on stage 7 which is one level below total grid failure. Currently we only have power for 8 hours a day.

We know this based on the amount of total hours per day we are without power. Problem is, since we are on the South point of the Continent of Africa, we don't have neighbours that can restart us from a so called "Cold Start" 

They simply don't have the capacity to do so. Also, we export power to our neighbours, so... they will be left in the dark too. Causing a potential massive humanitarian crises in Southern Africa. 

And cellphone networks will also go down, because criminals steal the batteries in the cell towers because with an unstable power grid, batteries that can power an entire household are doing really well on the black market. 

We can't use Starlink, because our racist government is demanding Elon hand over 50% of his company to black people to activate it here. So... I may lose contact with yall when not if this occurs. But if I get an opportunity to go online I'll inform you of my status, and the situation on the ground. Fortunately, many of my loved ones have seen this coming and are as prepared as we can be. But your prayers will be appreciated. I don't know when this will happen. All I know the risk is extremely high. For now... all I can say is protect your country from Commies or end up like us.
