Communist: We're going to do away with money! With wages! Everyone will work for the greater good!

Farmer: Wait, you want me to bust my ass growing food for everyone else purely out of the goodness of my own heart?

Communist: Of course.

Farmer: Okay ,what's in it for me, then?

Communist: The joy of doing your part for an equal society.

Farmer: So I don't get any tangible benefit out of growing food for all of you?

Communist: Uh....

Farmer: I'm not doing it. No.

Communist: But you must. Our revolution cannot survive without the unbroken universal altruism of all.

Farmer: But I there won't be any incentive for me to grow more crops if they'll all be taken by the state no matter how hard I work.

Communist: But you'll now be the owner of your own labour, Comrade, instead of the capitalist bourgeoisie.

Farmer: How? I was being paid for how hard I worked! If I grew more crops, I was being paid more, and could sell them to whoever I wanted!

Communist: You were selling to the capitalist pigs.

Farmer: Maybe, but they sold it to wider society. I got paid more for growing more crops. If I grew more crops, there was more food for everyone. If you force us farmers to simply grow for the greater good, there will less incentive and less food! How will I feed my family? How will there be enough food for everyone?

Communist: You'll all grow as much food as you can because you will believe in the superiority of the Communist society.

Farmer: So I'll no longer be getting paid, you'll take all my crops away from me, and ration me a portion of those diminished food stocks, at least the amount the Communist state is willing to give me if there's even any at all, an I'll be doomed to a lifetime of servitude to the Communist state?

Communist: A service to the greater good, Comrade. We must all make sacrifices.

Farmer: No! I'm not doing it!

*Communist points rifle at the farmer*

Farmer: Well, I guess so much for being for the workers. Now I get to enjoy breaking my back in exchange for not getting shot by the state. Glory be to the "Peoples Revolution"......
