Oregon Ambush Murder Trap, courtesy FBI Enforcer's Plan of Preparedness

We saw what happened when the FBI released the video of the Oregon Murder of LeVoy Finicum! They wanted a narrative to be put out there by the Mass Media, but testimony by one young religious singer was witness, and told the story of what she saw and experience. So the execution of a guy on his knees with his hands in the air, was a problem. So they could clear that up, proving he wasn't on his knees and he was a fast mover, dangerous, nearly running over a stupid officer who jumped out in front of a moving truck. (you know some guys just can't keep their cool)

So the Truth is?!

- Man runs after one person is shot at, away from danger, into a execution trap

- Man tries to drive around spike strip and around ambush site, after entering blind curve at a high rate of speed

- Officer jumps in front of truck from position of safety behind another truck

- Man jumps out of truck with hands not up, but very wide, screaming something about women and children in the truck

- Man quickly steps away from truck and cover, into open, hands wide and in air

- Man gets shot #9 times? don't know how many times, but lowers hands to I will bet is a wound entry point?

- Man get shot in the back from behind by officer less than 5 or 6 paces away

- Man tell Officers to shoot him, since they seem hellbent on not stopping of firing

- Man draws fire from truck for first few seconds or minutes, away from truck

- Man is left to bleed out in knee or half knee deep snow causing numerous laser sights to be trained on his head for extended periods of time

- Truck is nearly hit with two flash bang stun grenades

- Truck is hit with chemical weapons, from unknown type weapons

- Glass is shot out of truck and numerous holes in vehicle(no pictures or hole count, yet)

- All occupants of truck lived, except murdered driver, only one was shot in the shoulder

- No shots were ever fired from the truck Outward nor were weapons with them used/pointed

- Somehow 9 bullet holes were in murdered victim(you know the one with hands out and wide)

- People in vehicle were asked to step out, then they were searched and cuffed in road 4 of them

- Two vehicles for first stop on road to include K-9 team

- Four vehicles and over 12 personnel, but I'm going to have to recount as there were more to include some in the surrounding trees, toward end of video lots of Officers

- Upon inquiry for stop and charges? They were intially told they were only being detained. (My thinking is they were not expecting survivors of hale of bullets)

Chief Operational Officer says the truth is:

- Vehicles Truck and Jeep, were being stopped for Traffic stop

- Suspect Truck fled scene, after many minutes, actions have consequences

- Suspect traveled at high rate of speed after first stop

- Suspect truck avoided Spike strip set in front of road block

- Suspect truck entered ditch and one occupant got out then went for a gun

- Officer stated suspect had 9mm inside jacket pocket, and went for it upon being approached

- Officer stated downed suspect was attended to 10min after initial incident

- One occupant of Vehicle was taken to hospital for a wound

- Officer say's this is the edited version from the two aerial vehicles, and information from only one is only evidence they will give you(public) but they are releasing the full unedited version along with the edited one for this briefing(first briefing) data on aerial vehicle video is edited out, because you don't have the need to know the sensitive information contained on it, to identify type, methods or capabilities of that vehicle

- When asked how many shots were fired? He stated it was less than 3 or 6(but it was not clear if that was only at first stop or the ambush site?) I'm guessing the first traffic stop location, so that would be true. He also stated Two flash bangs and dispersion pellets with irritants were fired.

Occupant say truth is:

- They were stopped initially after seeing a line of cars enter road and begin pursue them

- It was stated that they were en-route to see the Sheriff in neighboring County, and meeting they were invited to concerning BLM and Constitution

- They were expecting safe passage, and brought Woman and young Girl to ride along to the event, so one could sing there at the event

- At the road stop one occupant stuck his hands and head out of the vehicle and was shot at, in trying to explain the destination they were going to and Sheriff who they were to meet, scaring the group into thinking they were going to be murdered

- They said there were women and children in the vehicle, but the child was afraid to get out of the vehicle after the firing of the shots - No one pulled a gun or shot at police, either stop

- Women was going to stay with the child

- Driver after many minutes and being shot at, decided he needed to get to the next town and to Sheriff there

- Driver started to take off and passengers got as low as possible

- Less than a couple miles down upon rounding a blind curve, driver tries to avoid spike strip entering ditch

- They prayed a lot, as low as they could get

- Driver jumps out with hands in air wide and steps away from vehicle tripping in deep snow and driver was shot down

- Child and woman stated bullets were being fired into truck, bullet were passing into and through vehicle glass and metal

- Two occupants were recording everything on their cell phones

- Occupants stated they lost outbound contact upon first stop not having any cell service to call 911 to even verify that it was police making stop

- Ambush vehicles were unmarked SUV's but you can see them in video

- Laser dots were covering everyone, especially when they exited the vehicle

- Stated they had police and men in the trees

- They could not exit vehicle from passenger side due to the depth of snow keeping the doors closed, they could only exit from drivers side doors

- The police didn't know what the charges were and they were being detained

My Truth from looking into matters:

- They were followed but were not expected to stop the first time at that spot

- Avenue of escape was given for the real Ambush

- It's not illegal to carry a gun for self-defense in that State

- Evidence was seized by people who went to refuge, in building by finding evidence of wrong doing and contracts, hard paper evidence

- People were upset at old man and his son who have large land properties were being jailed as terrorist, without recourse, by corrupt federal officials with help of State officials

- Evidence was gained and secured by residence, which would have proved old man and son were innocent of crimes to point of not even having valid reason for first sentence

- Evidence was withheld by old mans own attorney and Judge

- Evidence was found that this was not first time, ranchers and land owners were forced to sell from excessive legal actions or actions taken by BLM

- Constitution has been violated many times by mainly government personnel who swore oath to protect and defend upholding of Constitution

- If U.S Constitution was violated by many parties, then State Constitution was probably also violated

- you know source point of origination of all US Laws!

- People who stand alone will be persecuted, individual and groups will be shot at, especially if they have means to defend themselves

- Many people have no clue about the law, especially when you think Public means anyone or everyone's; as government doesn't like people using it.

- Refuge was closed, so no people were harmed and press took thousands of photos and much tape coverage of event was taken, but never shown

- One press person was taken into custody when he went to confirm with FBI that an attack and time had run out, for leaving the public land; remembering WACO, he informed them women and children were there and he was requesting permission to safely get them out and anyone at refuge

- Arrested (live streamed as it was happening and each day of it) Raw footage of whole event

- Sheriff stated "he couldn't meet their demands" for recourse the day before, in his office with Bundy standing in front of him!!! You think you're pretty sure, it was safe there to arrest? Then think maybe better to do Ambush? We got dumb officers here!

- Bundy wanted to be arrested, to have Standing in court on issues, but that is my sneaky opinion, the tough look was for show, but legal.

- Lesson, Slave's never demand from Master

- Rights, are things people don't know nor do they have, so why learn them; just do what Master say's...Slave!
