I am a Colorado based personal trainer and personal development coach. I am someone that believes in expanding the boundaries of human perception through various alternative means. Through ancient tribal tradition of bodily conditioning, to ritual ingestion of plant based medicines. I believe these process allow a larger understanding of the human paradigm, further allowing development on the physical. Non traditional schools of thought and philosophy, from Mckenna, to Crowley and everywhere in between. I believe drawing from all understanding and resource is the fundamental component to expansion of our understanding of ourselves and symmetrically, the universe.
